The interior with a kitchen, living and dining room in an open concept, not only showcases a spacious 100 sqm area, but also a space to gaze to the exterior and its beautiful surroundings, made possible by its large windows.
A games room with a snooker table, football table, and lounge area make a wonderful addition to this holiday home.

The exterior with a large infinity pool 12 m x 5 m extending to a mesmerizing sea view, offers a great excuse to not stay indoors.

This is not a regular Villa with Ikea furniture and products. The artwork on display at the villa is from renowned world-class artists that display their work at museums like the Met in New York or Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

This house has little outdoor furniture and no sun umbrella due to its windy area. There is an indoor dining table in the kitchen and next to the terrace is the appropriate dining table. The outdoor table is small and serves only for small evening meals. One bedroom has a small wardrobe and two bathrooms have no curtains.
The heating of the pool takes 2 to 5 days depending on atmospheric conditions. If the house is booked before your arrival, the pool might only be lukewarm.

Cascais and Sintra (UNESCO patrimony) offer some of the best seaside bathing conditions and water-sports in Portugal, depending on the kind of beach you choose. A higher or lower exposure to the Atlantic Ocean means more or less crowded beaches and different water sports. We recommend the coast along Estoril for sheltered beaches and from Cascais/Guincho until Praia das Maçãs for wilder conditions. Inside Quinta da Marinha resort you have access to an 18-hole championship golf course (by Robert Trent Jones) and just beside you have the Oitavos golf course (by Arthur Hills), an 18-hole course included in the top 100 courses in the world. In September 2011 Oitavos Dunes jumped 20 places up the list to be considered the 68th best course in the world and the second best in mainland Europe. Inside the resort, you have also 10 tennis courts (two synthetic grass & eight in clay), 3 padel courts, 3 squash/racquetball courts, sauna, gym, indoor swimming pool, restaurants and the Marinha Equestrian Centre, considered one of the largest and most well-equipped of the Iberian Peninsula.
