PRIMULA - Ravello / Atrani - Amalfi Coast

Primula, an elegantly furnished 55 sq. m. vacation apartment, is part of a small residential complex consisting of a villa and three annexes, set on terraced land cultivated with olives, lemons, apricots and typical Mediterranean vegetation.
It has one bedroom, shower room with WC, wash basin and hairdryer, and there are two single sofa beds in the living room, where there is also a foot balcony to enjoy the breathtaking panorama across the valley and Atrani, all the way out to the sea.
The separate kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster.
The swimming pool built on its own terrace has good furnishings sun umbrellas and deckchairs. Lying around the pool, you will be able to enjoy a rich and strikingly unique panorama.
Pool size : 13,50 m. per 4,50 m. - max. depth 1,45 m. - min. depth 1,25 m.
S. Pool open from the 01st of May to the 15th of August, from 11,00 a.m. to 6,00 p.m. and from the 16th August to the 31st October, from 11,00 a.m. to 5,00 p.m. The pool, the garden and the laundry room are shared with other guests. Please note: Each apartment will be allowed 2 sun loungers and 1 beach umbrella by the pool.

The other eight apartments and cottages that comprise the complex are - Cactus - Margherita - Magnolia - Violetta - Tulipano - Giglio - Garofano - Ciclamino.

Access to the property
From the front gate of the Complex there is a narrow winding road down (about 300 meters) to the designated car park and 67 steps approx. (outdoor) to Primula apartment. 28 steps approx. from car park to s. pool.

Check-in procedure
ARRIVAL TIME Strictly between 03:00 p.m. & 08:00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.
Should you be delayed on arrival day, please telephone your local agent and let them know expected arrival time.

**IMPORTANT ** If we are not aware of your late arrival, please remember there will be no one to check you into your property which means that you will have to find a hotel for the night & contact your key holder/Agent the following morning.
If we have been informed of your late arrival, our staff will be waiting for you to arrive between 08:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. (No check-in allowed after midnight).

For this service there is a charge of € 50,00 which must be paid in cash upon arrival together with the Breakage Deposit € 200,00, City Tax and any local supplements.

Check-out time is between 06:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Please note: In order to preserve the quiet of the area and not disturb other guests check in or check out times between 24:00 HRS / midnight and 04:30 HRS are not allowed at this property.

Local Supplements
City tax: Mandatory to persons over 16 years, is € 3,00 per person, per day, payable locally in cash.

NOTES
For those who have difficulty in walking or with steps, we do recommend a car while staying at this property and because of the narrow road, minibuses are not recommended.

Access to the complex is allowed only for registered guests.
