The open living area offers TV & Hifi and Wi-Fi and a dining & lounge area to the open kitchen, which is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, double refrigerator with water dispenser) and from there it goes to the secluded garden with private pool.
The villa offers indoor air conditioning and indirect floor heating (winter) .The windows got in build protection against insects through integrated mosquito nets and blinds can be electrically operated from the inside.
Especially recommended is the bay of Ladiko and its tavern, which offers fresh fish every day and can also be reached on foot.

Anthony Quinn loved Greece so much that, after filming The Guns of Navarone in Rhodes, he decided to buy an isolated bay on the island to create an international centre for artists and film-makers.Despite promises from the government that the actor, best known for his role as Zorba the Greek, could have the bay for a symbolic sum in recognition of his role in publicising the beauty of the islands, the purchase was later annulled.
