Villa Milena

Villa Milena is situated in Auribeau sur Siagne, at the entrance to the Siagne gorge, between Cannes and Grasse with sandy beaches just a 20 minute drive away.

The property boasts a private pool, air conditioning throughout and an enclosed garden.

The perched village of Auribeau sur Siagne is very picturesque, with lovely little streets, an 18th Century church right at the top, from which point, you can admire the superb views of the surrounding country. From the village you can walk down to the river but bear in mind it is pretty steep walking back up!

The beauty of this location is that it is off the beaten tourist track and is cool and peaceful in the summer, yet it is only 9 km from the glitzy town of Cannes and 20 minutes from the sandy beaches.

ACCOMMODATION
Living room with TV, DVD player, large corner sofa, two rattan armchairs and fireplace. Dining area/breakfast bar off the kitchen. Sliding doors leading to a furnished terrace with pool view. Second terrace on the other side of the villa.

Fully fitted kitchen opening onto the living room. Dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Washing machine in outbuilding.

All bedrooms are the same size: 11m². Double/twin beds can be made into doubles (beds pushed together) or twins on request.
Bedroom 1: Double with King size bed (180 x 200cm).
Bedroom 2: Double/twin (2 x 90cm beds) and desk.
Bedroom 3: Double/twin (2 x 90cm beds) and en suite shower room.

Bathroom with bath and wc.

Large enclosed garden. Well maintained, flat garden with Mediterranean vegetation such as palm trees, olive trees, etc which offers privacy. South-facing terrace partly covered by awning. Great views over the rolling countryside. Outdoor furniture. Second small terrace with table and two chairs on opposite side of villa. Sun loungers. Table tennis table. Built-in barbecue. Car port for two cars plus ample other parking.

Shapely salt water pool with steps (11m x 5m. Depth: 1.2m–1.95m). Alarm security system. Outside solar shower. (A salt water pool has much lower salinity than sea water and because it has lower chlorine levels it is much gentler on the eyes and skin).

Included in the rental:
Bed linen and house towels (not pool towels). For two week stays or more a change of bed linen and towels is provided.
Water and electricity
Cot and highchair available. Please ask at the time of booking.

Payable on arrival:
Compulsory cleaning charge of 150€ payable in cash on arrival.

A 800€ security deposit is payable on arrival and refunded on departure once an inventory has been made. Additional cleaning and babysitting available on request and at a supplement.

Check-in on Saturday between 5pm-8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance. Checkout before 9.30am.
