Fitted kitchen open onto the dining room and pool. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hobs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Stair gate.
Ground floor bedroom with queen size bed. Three first floor bedrooms; a double with a king size bed, a twin (both with access to terrace) and a triple.
Ground floor bathroom with separate wc. Two first floor shower rooms and a separate wc.
Indoor heated swimming pool 6.5m x 3.2m depth 1.65m x 1.8m, heated to 28°c year round.
Large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, swings, barbecue and parking spaces.

Average allowance of electricity. If over usage this will be payable locally.

Cot (including linen), highchair, baby bath and stair gate available on request and if available. Please check at the time of booking.

Holiday tax payable locally: approximately 1.10€-2.20€ per person per day (16+).
Security deposit of 300€ or £250 (cash) refunded on departure.
End of stay cleaning: The property and grounds should be left clean and tidy or a 170€ charge may apply.
Small pets allowed (additional 30€ per week per animal).
2 additional single beds in the games room: 60€ per bed per stay (request at time of booking).
Beach towel hire 4€ per towel.
Mid stay bed linen and bath towel change 90€.
Mid stay cleaning 30€ per hour.
