Upstairs are four bedrooms and 4 shower rooms. Two bedrooms have panoramic sea view. Outside of the villa is large veranda with pergola, garden furniture, BBQ, Jacuzzi and parking for 1 car.
The villa is situated in the private complex in tourist area of Larnaca - Dekelia on the beach, only few steps from the sea. The centre of Larnaca is located just 5-10 minutes drive. Few tavernas, minimarkets, pharmacy and bars are in a few minutes walk from the complex where is villa located.
Ayia Napa with the nights life is about 20 min drive from the villa.
