There is something special for everyone in this property which is an excellent self catering, 3 bedroom (one en-suite), fully air-conditioned detached villa. It comes with a private garden and is located on a quiet hotel complex of 12 villas.

The site boasts the following: a large communal swimming pool + children's pool and poolside bar and cafe, a place for you to enjoy small snacks (fast food) and drinks while you are at the pool area. There is also a front garden over looking the large pool and children's pool.

The complex itself is only a short 10 minute stroll to Yalikavak beach, marina and waterside restaurants. Unwind in the beautiful, natural surroundings where the atmosphere is relaxed and romantic and the locals are very friendly. Making friends here is easy, don't worry.

Inside the property there is a beautiful air conditioned lounge and the dining area has excellent brand new furniture. The fully fitted open plan kitchen (which is separate from the living area) will not disappoint you and it has a dishwasher and washing machine. Inside the property there is also a cloakroom and a large terrace with a table and chairs.

The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family shower room. A large terrace is ideal for drinks watching the views and the villa and garden enjoy the sun all day and all evening.

NOTE: A travel cot and high chair are available if required.

Pool opening times: The pool is open between May and October. The pool is larger than many that are offered in other complexes in the area and more than adequate for the 12 villas here. You will even find you have the pool to yourselves sometimes.
