Villa Ivana, Split

Although located at the entrance to Split, you will love villa Ivana because of the absence of noise and bustle. The center is four kilometers away, and the beautiful beach Žnjan is five minutes away by car. Do not worry, the shop is 700 meters away (big shopping center, Mall of Split, is only 2 minutes walk), and the bus stop is 100 meters away so you can go wherever you want. Close to you are the surrounding villages, Solin and Kaštela.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood full of shrubs and trees, providing rest and tranquility, just as you were in a village. On the stone terrace is a swimming pool with outdoor shower and toilet, and on the roofed terrace with the table you can eat food prepared on the grill. All this is embraced by the beautiful garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables.

This lovely villa can accommodate up to 8+1 persons, and it comprises of a sitting room, kitchen / dining area, 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, an exercise area, an entertainment area, and indoor and outdoor children's playground.
The ground floor consists of kitchen, living area, 2 king size bedded rooms, 1 single bedded room, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath tub).
The first floor consists of an entertainment area, living room, gym, 1 king size bedded rooms, 1 single bedded room, bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor living room has been equipped with an A/C unit, cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi. Furthermore, all bedrooms have been equipped with an A/C unit as well. The villa is fully air conditioned, with 6 A/C units in total.
The outdoor area consists of a large garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables (at guests' disposal), a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a toilet, a lounging area and a dining area with a stone fireplace. A pool (billiards) table is located in the basement. Functionally built and nicely decorated it is the best for families with small children.
