Maria Alm Apartment is located by the river in the picturesque village of Maria Alm. Boasting 79sqm of living space this top floor apartment is a true home from home. Featuring 2 bed rooms (1 double and 1 triple) and a large comfortable sofa bed there is plenty of room to accommodate 7 people. The lounge/dining room has a balcony with views across the village. The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of the village, the ski bus and the nearest ski lift (T-bar on the Naturn), although it is recommended that skiers other than beginners use the main ski area of the Aberg 5 minutes drive or bus ride away. The Aberg is linked to the Hochkonig ski area giving plenty of linked skiing for all abilities.

The village of Maria Alm has numerous bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and throughout the year there are festivals and events in the main square and surrounding ski slopes. For mountain bikers, the village is 7km from Europe's premier bike park in Leogang. Leogang can be reached by a network of safe cycle routes. For golfers, the area has 2 18 hole courses, one in the village at Schinking and the other in the nearby town of Saalfelden. Other amenities are a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, horseriding, mountain biking, climbing, Nordic walking, "Go Ape" course and archery.

Maria Alm is less than an hour from Salzburg and the town of Zell am See is 15km away. A visit to the area would not be complete without a visit to the Grossglockner natural park.
