Villa Kathleen - Villa with large private pool, Zakynthos

The natural beauty of the countryside of Kaminia offers interesting walks on quiet country lanes. With an olive tree never more than 10 metres away, the tranquil surrounds offer the perfect relaxing holiday.

The villa offers privacy within it's stone walled grounds.
Entrance gates lead to the private parking area and the paved pathways lead off to the large private pool, the shade of the many olive trees within the garden and the barbeque area.

The stone construction that surrounds the house keeps the indoors cool but for those extra warm days, air conditioning is always available.

The external veranda's and balconies make an excellent place to read, dine or sunbathe.

A welcome pack is provided as standard for all guests containing the essentials to see you through your arrival day. Local mini markets provide groceries while the supermarket LIDL can be found on route from the airport.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided at the start of each booking.

The upper floor has two bedrooms - one twin and one double. There is and upstairs bathroom.
The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, dining and sitting room area.

There is also a downstairs toilet.

The villa has it's own washing machine.

The kitchen area is equipped with an oven/grill, hob, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, etc.

Dining out costs on the island are very reasonable but should you choose to cook at the villa, the poolside barbeque offers the ideal spot to watch the sunset.
