This is a beautiful ground floor apartment located in an excellent area of Side. Disabled friendly,easy access. Communal pool. Five mins from the restaurants,local supermarkets with free beach bus.

Ground floor easy access. Suitable for the disabled. From the entrance of the complex through to the property. Extra large bathroom with an extra large walk in shower, suitable for two people. The pool is also easy to access. The children's pool can be used to dip feet in or even sit in the shallow water. There are metal bars to hold onto for extra support.

This is a beautiful ground floor apartment in the centre of the complex. It is in spotless condition,well maintained throughout. Located in an excellent area of Side. Well maintained gardens and Communal pool and children's pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers. There is a safety box with key provided.
Close to Old Town Side, (Antique Side), and tourist attractions. Plenty of places to visit. Plenty of tour guide operators at hand.
The apartment is located in the Kemer region of Side. Around a two minute walk will take you to a large selection of local shops, bars & restaurants. There is a free bus shuttle service to the sandy beach upon request.
Only a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride will find you in the middle of Old Side. Whether it’s a romantic meal for two, a vibrant bar, a shopping trip, a sightseeing walk through the ancient Roman Ruins, a boat trip out to the harbour. Ideal for all the family.
The property is in excellent condition with air conditioning with front and back balconies. PVC double glazing with safety grills.. Parasols provided in front bay terrace. Outdoor lighting for evening views.
