This stunning pool villa is situated in a quiet Thai village 1.5 km from Khao Kalok Beach. The villa has 3 double bedrooms with king size beds, all tastefully decorated and all have en suite shower rooms.
Large lounge, dining area and fully fitted western style kitchen includes fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven / hob and a full rangeof glasses, crockery and cutlery. Free wifi and smart TV with a selection of DVD.
The outside entertainment area has a fridge, gas barbecue and outside TV. A full pool table and table tennis.
The villa is set in lovely gardens surrounded by a high wall for total privacy and is maintained twice weekly by our gardener and pool guy.
The villa is 15 mins from Pranburi, 10 mins from Pak Nam Pran and 40 mins from Hua Hin.
There are 2 full sets of right handed golf clubs available if required.
Electricity is charged at 5 baht per unit. The meter is read on your arrival and again on your departure and payment at the end of your stay.
A Maid Service is weekly to change linen and to do a quick clean. Smoking is not allowed in the villa but you are welcome to smoke outside.
Local taxi’s can be found in the village or you can rent scooters, a car or a 5 seater scooter and side car (salang). We are available to help you arrange whatever is needed.
Transfers to/from the airports or bus depot to the villa can also be arranged.
The owners do not accept liability for accidents or injury at the villa.
