We always liked the lively neighborhood of Cuauhtemoc. The street is full of bars and restaurants, proximity of park Chapultepec is a blessing - a green oasis in the middle of the city for walks, water paddle or zoo visit. We purchased our apartment in 2015 and it is in a perfect state after two major earthquakes in 2017 and 2022, not even a glass broken. The apartment is freshly repainted and located on the quiet side, everyone sleeps like a baby there.
