Filippas-House

Filippos house is gorgeous and comfortable, both terraces are beautiful, and the kitchen is easy to use and well set up. The village and region are lovely, and the beach is very close. We are at the taverna a couple of times, and the food was excellent. Filippos welcomed us to the house, where he had set up a bed for our son, and left us lemons from his garden, good wine in the fridge, as well as many other treats. We would have loved to have been able to stay longer. Everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing with us, Filippos, we hope to come back again !

Filippas House

Filippos House was our home for 3 weeks. It was perfect. The hospitality we received was far beyond what we could imagine. Douliana is a charming village and Filippos has made it possible for travellers to experience life in a small Cretan village . The house is set up with everything you need . It is just beautiful. We hope we can return one day. Everyone who stays will come away feeling you’ve been touched by the warmth, charm and hospitality Crete has to offer. Make sure you have a meal at Heliostasi Restaurant and walk the path to St. John’s Chapel in the valley.
