Charming apartment in Central Athens Kolonaki

Eleni's apartment is spacious and very conveniently located within walking distance of Syntagma and Kolonaki Square, yet very quiet. It is very well equipped and Eleni has paid attention to every detail and caters for everything her guests may need, including nice touches like offering early check-in if possible and a welcome box of panettone on our arrival. I would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again in the future.

We absolutely loved the place. It was clean, well equipped. Felt like home. Eleni is a wonderful host. I liked that it was comfortable enough to have a good rest. And the neighborhood is very nice, clean, with lots of coffee shops and good restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Eleni’s place is nice and very clean. It is very well equipped, there is literally everything for your personal care in bath as well in the kitchen for having breakfast or cooking. The bedroom is extremely comfortable with so much space for your luggage and a huge wardrobe. The living room can be a bit loud during the day (it faces a crowded street and it is at the first floor), but only if you open the windows, and in the night is very calm, we slept wonderfully (the bedroom is also located in the courtyard, which is very silent). We really enjoyed the position, perfect to explore the city but also to enjoy some authentic nightlife. The neighborhood is very lively, there are a lot of nice bars and restaurants (not touristic at all!) where you can spend pleasant evenings surrounded by local people. Metro and bus stations are also very near, (but actually we always walked to the city’s sites of interest, they are absolutely reachable on foot from Eleni’s flat, so you won’t probably need public transportation so much). Eleni is also a very kind host, she welcomed us very warmly and she gave us helpful tips for our stay! Conclusion: highly recommend!
