Craftsmans Pride was built especially to Gary and Sallie's own specification and is their second home. Gary runs his own IT / Business Services company from their home near Colchester. He is also a musician and plays an active role in his local community. We work in the UK for most of the year and live in Crete at our beautiful home at least six weeks each year until we retire, whereupon we will spend more of our time in Crete. Gary and Sallie Hill purchased the land and built their Villa in 2008 We purchased the land and had our house built by Bentley Award Winning Housebuilders, Hellenic Homes. We were shown around various plots and houses and when we both saw this plot we looked at each other and instantly knew 'this was it'. After looking at several 'concrete' houses we saw the quality of a stone built home and were sold. Although a lot more expensive to build than pouring concrete into a mould, we think the quality and look of the house speaks for itself. The location is very quiet, but suits us just fine, we have one neighbour who visits about 3 times a year and so rarely meet up. This villa is in the perfect getaway-from-it-all location.
