Awesome stay at Terry’s villa. Everything great from the common areas to the rooms with perfect a/c. The maid made sure the villa was clean daily. Terry’s quick responses to all questions were great and the host was phenomenal. I’ll definitely will be planning another trip.

Great property, friendly host and convenient location

I had a great time at Terry's home, such an amazing place to stay with a lot of space. Great location, 5 minutes driving distance to the local supermarket and town. Wanda went above and beyond to check in with us and made sure we have everything we needed. The house was absolutely stunning, and just loved the pool. I have nothing negative to say about our stay.... just loved it

This was our 2nd time at CC-P, and Terry has definitely made this experience better from the very beginning, with direct check-in at the Villa, upgrades within the Villa that just made it that much more comfortable. An amazing CC-P staff, that guaranteed the highest level of comfort. The attention to detail is definitely what sets CC-P apart from the rest. Already planning our next trip.

Wonderful villa with an amazing host to match. Our stay at Casa Coca-Pina exceeded expectations. Terry was beyond flexible and extremely accommodating. We were provided the contact information for Casa Coco-pina service manager who made herself available to assist with anything we needed. Terry also put us in contact with Felipe (the chef) who is a jack of all trades. Great guide and even better cook (Thank me later). Overall the Villa was extremely spacious, every room with its own master bathroom and cleaning service was prompt and professional. Fairly close to local casinos, market, beaches and night life. Can’t wait for our next stay.

 The moment we drove into the community my family and I felt a sense of security. The villa was everything we expected and beyond. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. Essential needs from lots of towels to extra touches of coconut scent liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner were welcomed. Lets not forget how wonderful our host Wanda was. I would highly recommend this villa and will most definitely revisit again. Love love love! Thank you.
