To make it short, we had an amazing time at Mariana’s house. It’s really much bigger and much more comfortable than what the photos may suggest. It’s just perfectly located - close to everything - and the view from the balcony and the side terrace is just stunning. Good to know: the sea is no more than 5 meters away from the house door :-) Marianna and her parents are not only helpful, they really make their best to make you enjoy your stay at Spetses as much as possible. For the price, this house has just an incredible value.

19th Century Traditional Seafront Mansion

We had a wonderful vacation in Spetses at Mariana’s house. Proximity to the sea makes it a very special place, the view is beautiful and truly unforgettable. Believe me!!! Between the quaint balcony at the front, the seated area at the side and the shaded terrace at the back you can always find shade. The local beach just outside the house is great for a quick dip and for fishing too: one afternoon our son caught enough fish and an octopus to feed the four of us. Mariana was always very responsive and her parents were very welcoming and hospitable. On arrival they provided us with fresh fruit, water and delicious homemade apricot jam. We thoroughly recommend Mariana’s place and would happily go back in a heartbeat! ❤️


Staying at Mariana's place was a wonderful experience. The apartment was excellent, spacious with beautiful view of the sea and a lovely veranda to enjoy breakfast. Location was absolutely perfect, equally positioned between the city center and lovely beaches. I will be gladly return with my family to stay at Mariana's place and enjoy few relaxing days at Spetses.
