Gulf Beach Place

This was our third time staying at Kay’s amazing condo. The condo itself was exceptional with everything you could possibly think of in it. The beach is right on your doorstep and has amazing restaurants close by. We will hopefully be booking again for next year as we could not think of a better place to spend our annual family holiday.

Gulf Beach Place Anna Maria - Just a few steps from the Beach!

This was our 3rd year staying at this beautiful condo!! It is very family friendly but also quiet. The space was very accomodating for 4 adults and 2 children and had everything we could possibly need. We especially liked the comfortable furniture, the covered parking and storage shed for our bikes! It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach - so short in fact that the grandchildren, 2yrs &amp; 4yrs, didn't have to be carried at all. Our favorite things about the area were the sunsets, friendly people, walking distance to stores, the trolly nearby and fantastic restaurants. Anna Maria Island is truly a magical place and to have a great place to stay to enjoy it all is what vacation is all about. Thank you Kay for sharing your condo with us!

This was our first time to the island and we will definitely be going back. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for your stay. The owner Kay went above and beyond accommodating us with check in and check out. The beach is only a short walk and the condo has chairs, umbrellas, and various other stuff to bring to the beach. Condo is close to restaurants and shops. The sunsets were beautiful from the rooftop deck.

The perfect place to stay on AMI! Close to everything and very safe. Will be going back to this condo for sure. Been staying on AMI for 4 years and found the hidden gem.

We can't thank the owners enough for such a wonderful stay. It was our first visit to the island &amp; won't be the last! The condo exceeded our expectations; spacious, nicely decorated &amp; well maintained. The beach is only a brief stroll over the dune. Lovely sunrises &amp; sunsets. Kay (an owner) was very responsive and helpful.

Kay was lovely.Helpful, friendly and efficient. We were 3 adults and 2 children and have been to Anna Maria many times and this condo was amongst the best we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more.The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for us all. We could only manage 3 days this time but there was lots of beach equipment for guests use and a nice pool. The condo is about 20 yards from the beach so no problem looking for parking,The parade of shops (including a Publix) is a 3 or 4 minute walk..It doesn't get much better ....Thank you so much
