Great villa suitable for families or groups of friends. Great for outdoor entertaining with the pool and bbq. Ideal location for us about 5 min drive to the beach/town markets etc... andrew was very helpfull with any queries. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at this fantastic facilities. The interior was excellent and all needed item were available. Nothing to worry at all. The swimming pool and outside area were very clean and well equipped. The location of the place was a bit remote, but as we had our own car, it wasn't really a big problem. There was a scooter available for a short trip around the area to get necessary items from convenience store or even get to the (not so swimming friendly) beach. Overall impressions were very positive. Keep going Andrew.

We were two couples aged between 26 and 39 so four people all together and for us this villa was perfect we loved our stay here and the location was perfect too the villa comes with a moped and sidecar to get about but we also opted to hire two additional mopeds witch Andrew the owner kindly organised for us ready for our arrival, the villa is secluded for a peaceful and relaxing time and with the use of the mopeds a perfect base to explore the beautiful area if you want a lively night it's a simple 20min taxi ride into Hua Hin centre the driver picks you up from the villa waits in the centre for you all night usually 2am when we returned then drops you back at the villa for only 1000 baht,
anything more you could possibly want Andrew the owner is close by in the next villa to help organise what a great guy in our opinion the villa is far better than its description and pics absolutely perfect for us thanks Andrew for a great stay and we will 100% see you again

Andrew lives next door, you will not see him unless you want/request it. 
The tuk tuk is FABBBBB! Put your heaviest people next to bike and smallest at the outside, and just enjoy the fun and freedom!
Says pool not heated-it's a blessing, I wish it was cooler!Please go to sky hi for food and drink, they are amazingly beautiful people.This house is immaculate, furnishings and fittings to a very high standard, I defy anybody not to like this villa
If you do nothing else, visit the market and sample the street food, amazing

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Andrew he was an excellent host.Andrew arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and was at the villa to greet us.The villa was was lovely so clean very private and had everything that you needed.The swimming pool was big and well maintained.Andrew was always on hand to help with anything without hesitation a very nice man The day after we arrived Andrew took us in his car and showed us around Pak Nam Pran .We will be going back to Pak Nam Pran next year it is a lovely place and we will book Mango Orchard Villa again as it really is a fantastic villa

Lovely modern typical Thai holiday rental. 100% fully equipped. Reasonably sized pool. Great owner who waited around until midnight to greet us on arrival. Andrew lives right next door and was incredibly helpful the whole time we were there, yet also totally unobtrusive. Thanks Andrew. The Tuk Tuk included was very useful as the villa is a bit out of town. Otherwise no prob arranging local taxi at very reasonable rates for trips to the water parks, Hutsadin elephant sanctuary Hua Hin night market etc. Our 13 year old twin Granddaughters were enthralled. Couldn't get them out of the pool!!

Again this year, Thailand was the favoured destination for our holiday with Hua Hin (first time) in mind. As precaution, we always checked tripadvisor for aspiration, and this year again, we hit the jackpot. MANGO ORCHARD VILLA, was indeed the ideal place for us - as rightly pointed out by previous reviewers before me. The villa is very well maintained. We had the perfect holiday and the break we were anticipating. What made it all so special, was the gentleness of the owner, Mr. A Barnett. No demands and queries were too much for him.
Secondly, comes the settling out of the villa itself. Very private and in the middle of a mango plantation. Next, and the best, is the quietness of the surroundings. The one and only villa, where the only sound is the singing of little birds.
As correctly pointed out, Mango orchard villa, has everything you need with one added plus being the free motor-cycle which for the 4 of us was a joy and a delight to use. Also not to mention the pool and jaccuzzi with its multi-colour light and the BBQ which we used practically every evenings.
This is not the first time we visited Thailand. But we have however noticed that from all the other places we've been, Bangkok especially, Hua Hin is far more friendlier and very easy to get by. Trips to Black Mountain water park, the night bazaar and massages were the highlights of our Hua Hin experiences.
If we ever think of going back to The Land of Smile, Hua Hin would surely top the table.

This gem of a property really ticks all the boxes. Practically brand new at less than 6 months old, it has all the inclusions you would expect from a private holiday villa: Good sized bedrooms all with quality bedding and en-suites, a fully functional kitchen, a comfortable dining and living area and air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. But what sets this property apart are the many extras you might not expect from a property that is available at less than half of the price of many alternatives: a sensational tiled pool and 6 person spa, a 50 inch flat-screen TV with more English channels than I've enjoyed at any other Thai property, high speed Internet that is actually high speed, a large outdoor drinks refrigerator, fitness equipment and even complimentary use of a near new motor bike with covered side-car large enough for an entire family. The fact that the owner, Andrew, who lives nearby, is one of natures true gentlemen is just the icing on the cake. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We enjoyed timely responses to all correspondence and his kind offer to meet us at Bangkok Airport is indicative of his willingness to go out of his way to make sure of our comfort. The property is in a very quiet location. There is a restaurant a couple of minutes walk away and it's a short drive to the nearest 7/11 store. The nearest major shopping center is about 10 minutes drive and it's about 20 minutes drive to Hua Hin. What we loved most about the location was the close proximity to the nearest beach - about 3 kilometers away - where we spoke with visitors who were paying the cost of about a weeks rent at our villa for a single night in a standard resort hotel room. This property presents exactly as it is described and if that is what you are looking for you will not be dissapointed

We are so lucky that can find this place on peak holiday in close time.It was incredible for reasonable price and perfect house.We were really enjoy our holiday , party , barbeque and pool , this place was really fulfil of our holiday completely, everything is easy here cuz there are everything in this house , enjoying dinner , pool party , enjoying breakfast together with our group. It was very conveninent like we stay st home. And the owner is very nice and kind , Thank you K.andrew to take care us good and took us to see around there..surely we would come back again and i can't keep this place to know only our group , let us share to our friends
