This property has obviously been refurbished at some time, however, they just haven't got the finer details right! also, there are some points that people should be aware of when booking as it may affect their decision to make a booking. I am writing this review based on our experience (my wife and I) at this location, and also as a very experienced user of rental apartments. I have included any positive points as well as the negatives.
The property is in a fairly peaceful, gated, urbanisation, so it's generally quiet - most of the time, and a good sleep is usually guaranteed. The location is fairly handy for the bottom end of the Rincon, and it's only a short walk to most facilities, as well as the beach. The location is up a hill, and could be a bit harder for anyone with mobility issues. The actual property is also up an incline within the urbanisation, but there are wheelchair access ramps within the entire area. The property is also fairly small, and access within the Bathroom is VERY limited! Anyone with weight and / or mobility problems will definitely struggle to use the Bathroom facilities - including the Shower cubicle! Bedroom is also fairly cramped, with 2 single beds jammed up against the walls. There are NO headboards, and one side of the beds are also up against a side wall as well.   
Firstly, yes there is a large pool close by with amenities attached, however, what's not made clear is that this pool and facilities do not open until sometime in mid June! This was very disappointing for us, as there is no facility at the property for sunbathing, i.e. no recliners of any sort. We had to be content just using the basic chairs on the patio to do a bit of sunbathing - not comfortable at all. Sun faces the patio from 1st. thing in the morning, and goes away around mid afternoon.
The patio area is accessed through sliding doors which are concealed by shutters controlled from within the apartment. These can be closed or opened to any height. The problem with this is, there are NO curtains / blinds / Nets - of any description covering the patio doors! therefore, if you want any privacy within the apartment, you need to close these shutters. This arrangement is also the same for the Bedroom window!  
The apartment also has some deficiencies with the layout and equipment. Generally, the lounge area has few creature comforts, i.e. furniture is basic, few scatter cushions, NO lamps other than the main ceiling one - which at night with the shutters down, is like sitting in a cell / cave. (This is the same in the Bedroom) There is also nowhere to hang Towels up in the Kitchen area. The sink does not have a draining area, so, no place to stack wet dishes before drying. There is one accessible electrical socket - which is located on the wall beside the sink, so, plug when you plug in a kettle - or whatever, the cable runs under the Tap! We didn't cook or anything whilst there, but for those that do, there is NO oven - so, no roasting etc. We discovered also one night when opening a bottle of wine, there was NO corkscrew, so, had to run out to the shops to buy one!   
The Bathroom is also limited, particularly with space. There is a large Washing Machine installed right next to the Toilet Pan - which is fitted directly across from the Wash Hand Basin. This leaves a small gap between these, and also, a tight squeeze by them and into the Shower Cubicle. There were NO Toilet Roll Holder, Towel Holder, or anywhere (i.e. Bathroom Cabinet/s) to put your Toiletries into - everything had to be left on top of the Washing Machine. We also found dried faeces on the floor, and as it was the same colour as the floor tiles, it was not immediately noticeable! 
Finally, there is NO safe in this apartment, so, Cash, Jewellery, Passports, and any other valuables have to be "hidden" somewhere when going out. There is NO Satellite T.V. or Wi-Fi. and the T.V. is a small, basic model and doesn't have Bluetooth, so, can't cast to it. 

This apartment could have been so much better if more thought had gone into the layout, and more / better facilities were supplied / fitted.
