Very impressed with property, excellent location off the quiet US27 highway to access local facilities. 20 mins to Disney was correct but can be traffic dependent - traffic congestion is certainly heavier these days compared to 20 years ago when we first went with our children. Got impression we were first visitors of the season when we first arrived but the sense of not-lived-in-recently soon passed as the family group settled in. Championsgate area nearby had excellent facilities and was distinctly upmarket compared to the more commercial parts of Kissimmee and Orlando we have stayed in before.

Hello Kevin and Sherry Yes, we had a wonderful time in Florida.  The villa was fantastic and the whole family really enjoyed our stay there.  We would certainly keep you in mind for a return visit if we all travel together again, and we have been singing your praises to friends since getting back! Florida was great hurricane was a normal English winters day but warmer. Villa was fab and have left you comment in visitors book. Jenny Dear Kevin,  I meant to write you as soon a we got home, but of course as soon as we got home we were busy doing all the things we should have done while we were gone.  The house was great.  Very comfortable and big enough for my young grandchildren to run around in.  They all enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables.  It was too cool to swim which was too bad, but it does make the days in the parks a lot more enjoyable.  My sister lives north of Orlando and we go down to see her during the year, but we try to stay down by Disneyworld once a year and take the kids to the park.  We&#039;ll be sure to contact you at the end of the year about renting the house again.  Thanks, Virginia Mattimore We had a wonderful time and crammed so much into our 2weeks! Really needed another week to just chill... and to take full advantage of the villa and pool.
