Having fallen in love with Kalkan in 2012, I purchased Villa Jasmine in March 2013. I chose my villa because it appealed to me by being very Turkish in style and therefore full of character; also being in an excellent residential area which is well established and peaceful. I can relax by my pool for the day, undisturbed by the usual sounds of a busy area; but everything is nearby! Another big plus was the lack of any nasty steep hills. I wanted to be able to pop out for a coffee or meet friends without engaging a ski lift!! I have been staying here at least twice a year since then and usually go at the beginning and end of the season to "open up" and close the villa. I check everything is perfect for my guests . It never fails to take my breath away - that first night on the roof terrace, under the stars looking out at the marvellous sea view over the tops of palm trees. I feel so lucky to own Villa Jasmine and it gives me great pleasure to share my home with my guests and to hear how they have enjoyed their stay and wish to return, as is often the case.
