This was our third stay in 5 years I think.  The villa has retained all of its charm and continues to be a great place for a family holiday.  Recent improvements include the complete replacement of each of the bathrooms, both are now modern and bright and I think virtually everywhere had been repainted.  It was certainly spotlessly clean and very smart.

I'd recommend this place to anyone and hope very much to revisit in the future.

Our third stay at the villa and it was heavenly, as usual.  

The area has everything a family could want, the beach is close, lots of restaurants and boats trips, excursions, para gliding and places to visit.  

The villa itself is lovely, 2 outdoor cooking areas, lovely pool, shady garden area and even an outside shower and sauna.  The villa is air conditioned and has two bathrooms so there is lots of room and it’s very clean.  

The owner is really helpful, friendly and responds to any questions quickly.  

It’s also only about 25 mins from the airport.  

We love it here, we loved it when we were a couple and now also as a family of 4.

Arrived back from a two week stay at this wonderful villa. We had excellent communication with owners from the moment we booked to when we arrived home, answering any questions or concerns we had very quickly. Villa is outstanding, definitely a home from home, had all we needed &amp; more! Spoilt for choice with outdoor space for relaxing. We all loved the bbq area at far end of garden &amp; the lighting made all areas look beautiful. The villa inside is stylish &amp; modern &amp; we enjoyed spending time indoors too. 
We would highly recommend a car though or be prepared to taxi up &amp; down to the beach/promenade as we found walking with children very tiring in the heat. Lovely walk downhill with sea &amp; mountain views that took us approx 20mins. Beach days were lovely at the quieter end by the villa, was very busy in the centre. So much choice for eating, plenty of restaurants for the meals out! Sam's bar is a must &amp; the cavern in the evenings if you have children in need of some karaoke &amp; pool. The highlight of our holiday was the dolphin boat trip, we were so lucky to see them so close. There was lots to do nearby either by taxi or excursion. Overall a fabulous holiday &amp; would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, definitely booking again in the future

Stayed at this wonderful villa for a fortnight in July / August 17 with my wife and 2 children (12&amp;20 yrs old) and, for a week of our stay, my parents.

The villa is absolutely superb and neither the description nor the photographs shown here do it justice.  The property is sprawling with a beautiful poolside area and a garden dining area complete with outside kitchen to choose form.  Seats, loungers and beds are plentiful, in fact there's probably enough outdoor seating for about twenty people and in addition to a larger than average pool, there's the added bonus of a sauna.

The inside of the property is similarly well equipped; two good sized bedrooms and a library / guest room and two bathrooms.  The large living area again has plenty of seating and a well equipped kitchen with full size oven and dishwasher etc.  The air conditioning works well even on the warmest of nights.

There's nothing you could want that this villa doesn't have; television, music system etc. there's even a laptop for the guests to use and, worthy of mention, super fast WiFi!

Location wise, it's in a nice quiet area and whilst the walk from the front back to the villa can be a challenge it shouldn't put anyone off.  We had a car which we seldom used whilst my parents were with us and walked or used taxis the rest of the time.  Taxis are plentiful, reliable and reasonably priced.

Communication and service with the owners and their local representatives was first class.  Nothing was too much trouble and we sensed a genuine concern from them to ensure that everything was how we wanted it to be.

In short, we had a truly memorable holiday here and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to anyone.

A beautiful villa with every possible amenity that you could ask for in a villa.  The outside areas are beautiful and luxurious and inside is comfortable, spacious and air conditioned!

We spent a wonderful week in Fuengirola. The villa is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Also the pool is a treat. And my husband was regaled with barbecue. The garden is very beautiful. Anyway , this house is big and more than 2 minutes from the sea. And owners who are lovely people . And practice , there is everything you need even more than necessary but really everything , everything, everything !! Anyway thank you to Hannu and his wife for their hospitality, their kindness. Noys pass a wonderful holiday and the children were delighted.Fuengirola is really a beautiful place with an eye to sea and beautiful beaches where you can walk at night into the early hours . There's something for all tastes and all ages

Absolutely loved our stay here. Nothing was 2 much trouble for Hannu and Merja they even printed off excursion tickets and dropped them in to us. Any problems and Hannu was on hand straight away but never intrusive. Pictures do not do the villa justice so clean, quiet and comfortable. Quite a walk up a steep hill so would recommend a car but if not only 6-8 euros by taxi. Missed the pool as soon as we left so are booking to return next year with family.
They have really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.
