Bellavista Farmhouses Gozo

If you are looking for a fantastic holiday generally away from the crowds, but they can be found if you want then this house is ideal. Everything and more, the sunsets have to be viewed. Easy reach to everywhere on the island if you have a car. Staff so friendly and helpful. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. Ferry crossing was so easy.

We were picked up at the airport and taken straight to our house in Gozo. The house was very nice, especially walking out to the terrace to discover all that view. All of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom, adds a nice touch for privacy, and an extra smaller one near the kitchen. The outside terrace was perfect for coffees in the morning, and we managed to have at least one dinner during the evening because of the cold in December!

It's located a few minutes away from a bus stop with restaurants in the town square, and a grocery store very close by. On the fourth day, we were picked up again and taken back to the airport. It was a very easy and smooth holiday, we enjoyed it

The views from the terrace are incredible no matter if its night or day. Our house itself was beautiful and spacious with a rural feel to it. The pool was quite cold to swim in, even though it was still October, I imagine in warmer months it would be a delight. 

The air-con really helped with the humid weather however there is a surcharge upon consumption. We paid 5 euros and it seemed to last us 2 days. All in all, it was quite reasonable. 

We arrived very late at night, but it was not an issue, Maria was very accommodating she offered us a free map, showed us to our house and indicated where to park our rental. We found some basic food stored in the kitchen waiting for us, this 
was very houghtful of them. 

The location of the house was in a lovely village albeit being slightly remote. Having a rental car made this much easier. Still, the quietness of the area and the gorgeous views from the swimming pool terrace scored a 100.

We had a wonderful time at Bellavista. It is all family run and beautifully appointed in a typical Gozitan village with attractive views to complement the pool terrace. All was clean and welcoming, the nearest restaurants and cafes moments away in the town centre. The staff are very helpful... Monica had even somehow managed to conjure a pump inflator for our pool inflatables. If you’re looking for a laid-back island experience at one with nature and peacefulness, this is the place for you.
