The villa was very nice and located in a good area close to shops and restaurants.The villa was very spacious and had all requirements for our stay.I woud recommend this to other people and would have no hessitation in staying there again.

Fantastic Villa, it's Huge. Spotlessly clean and a credit to its owners and cleaners, advert is a true representation of Villa. Lovely Area, very clean and close to local amenities, Campanario is literally a minutes walk, it takes 15mins to walk to the main strip, or no more than €3 in a taxi. All furnishings were Ikea, therefore the beds were comfy and the owner hasn't thought cheap. Washing machine was modern and brand new, internet access was good enough however wifi doesn't stretch to all floors of Villa. A big thing for me is cleanliness, as much so we didn't even encounter any insects inside villa, which is rear for the time of year. If you want good value accommodation in a good location, this is the best for value you will find when it comes to pricing. If you google mapped this you may find the paint crumbling off walls, this is purely due to weather etc, this is not a run down estate it's actually an exec estate and the houses are expensive, Only thing I would note was there is a Surf house/hotel over the road, they were a little noisy but seemed to be only once a week and no later than 1am, they are lovely guys and didn't bother us, they like to be up early to Surf so you won't get any all night parties!.... Book it I don't think you will regret it...

A really lovely villa in a quiet area but close enough to all the bars and resteraunts just a short walk away and a fully stocked supermarket minutes away. Villa is spacious with everything you would need and comfy beds we had a very relaxing stay and would definitely reccomend it. The couple who look after it over there Gary and Maria are superb and nothing is too much trouble for them

The villa is in a great location, the layout is perfect with bedrooms on 3 floors accommodated with bathrooms. Great outdoor space, with swimming pool. Communication is very important and the response was almost immediate. Highly recommended.

Villa equipped with everything you need, lovely and spacious on 3 levels. Wifi excellent which is good for keeping teenagers happy. Good size pool ,and lots of sun a round the pool and terraces Will definitely go back next year.

My husband and children arrived at the villa on 27 August 2016 , Villa was absolutely lovely the picture doesn't really justify itself it was gorgeous Will maintained and very nice , walking in to the Villa we were amazed how nice and clean, freshly decorated it look, brilliant and everything looks good , also A welcome pack for us . Avery nice touch because we arrived late so it's very handy for our family ,the bed rooms are really laid out well with fresh lining and size and the 3 bath rooms in villa comes with baths and showers and the Pool is a good size was amazing-everything about this villa we couldn't wish for better . shops bars and restaurants , supermarket , outdoor market and the wet and wild for kids are literally five minute walk and from the beach ! great location , great Villa We will come again very soon . We will definitely highly recomend this villa Mr and Mrs flin
