Owners on hand for any advice regarding local area, places to eat and excursions. Recency towers was kept clean and well maintained in all shared areas. Security at entrance 24/7. Enjoyed our 2 week stay and would definitely recommend

Lovely Apt Just arrived home after a lovely vacation of 10 days. This apt has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The location was great and short taxi rides to marina and shopping malls. I loved this apt and will def stay again Thank you so much 01/04/2020 at 8:10 AM

5/5 Convenient, clean and comfy Visited in late Oct- midNov. Perfect weather. Pool is unheated but lovely for lounging. Rarely saw anyone else. No sea view from apartment - view is of construction area- lots of noise during day and dusty but we were rarely home then. Quiet at night. No beach access but several private beaches nearby via taxi with day rate and lovely. Apt has basic furnishings/ enough to do simple cooking. Easy walk to coffee shops and GAD restaurant or others on promenade. Hossam made check-in easy and took us for quick water and grocery run showing us where to go and pointing out restaurants and banks. Bathroom is good sized and Liz provides two large beach sized towels and two smaller bath towels. Having a storage cubby between shower and sink would allow someplace to put soap, shampoo, variety items instead of floor- I finally moved one of the marble topped tables in to hold our stuff. Shower is nice- good water pressure and new shower curtain thanks to Hossam. He responded quickly to any issue and helped with internet set up. Entire building staff very welcoming. Security soon knew us and would wave us thru. Prior to arrival Liz would answer my questions quickly and make recommendations. Bedroom has king size bed but it’s a thinner mattress and on base of boards which makes it rather unforgiving and hard. Only lights in apt are glaring overhead- suggest getting a couple of bedside lights and a standing light in the living room for reading and softer lighting - otherwise all good. We washed clothes- no problem. Dryer rig on balcony- bring clothes pins! American coffee maker with metal filter basket - lovely coffee on the balcony each morning. Toaster for toast. Tea pot for hot water. Comfy sofa- I slept there several nights when the bed was just too hard and my back was hurting me. We had confusion with taxi drivers who didn’t know AlDau Heights and had to give directions several times. Helps to say Al Dau Height development near Old Vic. 4/5 Appartement bien situé et bon service dans la résidence La résidence est bien entretenue. Elle est habitée en grande partie, contrairement aux immeubles alentours, dont la construction semble à l'arrêt. C'est calme et agréable, la cuisine est bien équipée et le système d'air conditionné fonctionne de manière idéale. Il y a une deuxième piscine, plus grande, qui ne figure pas sur les photos. Elles sont très propres, mais nous ne les avons jamais utilisées - préférant les plages alentours, qu'on rejoint en taxi. Le taxi est un moyen de locomotion très bon marché si on est bien informé des prix. Le soleil et les plages sont magnifiques, c'est le plus grand atout de ce coin-là. Fin septembre, la météo était superbe, mais le jour finissait déjà vers 17:00. Des excursions d'une journée en bus pour le Caire et Louxor sont organisées au départ d'Hurghada sans problème. Les plages sont belles, l'eau et les poissons sont magnifiques. Un grand merci à Hossam pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. 10/09/2017 at 8:06 AM

5/5 Excellent exactly as described Property is clean and has everything you require for your stay, only 5 minutes away from supermarket and 10 minutes away from the main bar and cafe's. Everyone is really friendly and approachable in the apartment block and Liz and her partner Hossan are on hand for any problems or general advice. I had no problems during my month long stay and Hossam picked me up from the airport and dropped me back. I will certainly be returning and staying in this apartment again. 06/02/2016 at 6:30 PM
