A small villa. Great location on Aphrodite Hills especially if you are golfers with Aphrodite on site plus Secret Valley and Elea very close. Garden gets the sun in the afternoon. Facilities all fine. We had a very enjoyable stay. We would recommend.

Our stay at 25 Hestiades Green was great, as stated everything was close at hand. The villa was clean, the only thing that kept me from giving five stars for cleanliness was the large rug in the living room was badly soiled. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, I would recommend the villa without hesitation for a great holiday.

Lovely homely Villa next to Golf course. Left on Oct 21, 2019 for a stay in Sep 2019 This beautiful 2 bed Villa has everything you could ever wish for in a holiday rental. It is maintained to a very high standard and we particularly appreciated the luxury of the high quality furnishing throughout the property. Everywhere is spotlessly clean both inside and outside the Villa. The garden area overlooks the Golf course but was still private and peaceful during the day to enjoy the beautiful pool, which we did every day. Aphrodities Hills resort on which the Villa is situated has everything you need for your holiday, several restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlour, an open air bar area, kebab shop and retail shops all just a short walk down the road...... Perfect. We hired a car for our holiday and as Phaphos and Limasol are short drive away it was ideal to make the most of our stay in Cyprus. Thank you Ashley for letting us stay in your holiday home, we enjoyed every minute and can't wait to be back there for Christmas.

Wonderful 5* villa Left on Sep 24, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 We had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite hills. The villa was very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The views were stunning, and our children really enjoyed the pool. The golf complex was clean and had some fab amenities- we particularly enjoyed the live music nights at the bar. Our children also enjoyed the well equipped children play area. I would say that a car is a good idea for exploring, the villa is a close drive to many lovely areas of exploration and supermarkets, tavernas etc. Would def recommend.

Still Perfect Year After Year Left on Sep 15, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 Back again to our family favourite holiday villa, still perfect after 12 years ! Ashley's villa is always exceptionally well looked after and has everything you could possibly need for a villa stay. Lovely warm pool and an amazing view over the golf course. Beautiful garden area perfect for lounging in the sun. A short walk to the village square and golf club. We definitely plan to come back again, and again........... Thank you Ashley.

For the second time we stayed at Ashley's villa this summer. It is fabulous with every thing you need to make a perfect holiday. And what an amazing pool to relax in. I would certainly recommend this villa, and Ashley ensures that everything is as good as it could be.

Perfect! A little oasis near the heart of the resort. We first stayed in this villa 11 years ago, which was our first visit to Aphrodite Hills. Since then we have returned many times, visiting again in May this year. It is still as good now as it was then! The villa is far better than the normal rental villa and truly feels like a home from home. The constant attention to details and continual investment by the owners gives this a plush and homely feel. Hestiades Greens is a great location, a short walk from the village centre with an outlook over the first fairway. No.25, whilst smaller than some villas on the resort, has a lovely, well tended outside space and pool. It is private to the adjoining villas and provides the perfect sun trap to sit and laze away the afternoon. Inside, the villa is spot on. Very clean and well looked after with everything you could need in a holiday home. Ashley and Chris (owners) are a pleasure to deal with and genuinely care about your stay. Very good information packs help you get settled quickly and communication with them is great. Of most help is the ability to leave the villa late on your departure day. This is ideal, with so many afternoon and evening flights out of Paphos. Aphrodite Hills is a lovely, peaceful resort, that continues to develop each time we visit. No.25 is by far our favourite villa, not just for location, but for all the little things that matter. We can’t wait to return again soon!
