This is a total view experience, probably one of the very best in Madrid. We sat at the wide
open window - 20 floors up (dizzying) - several evenings with a bottle of fine Spanish
wine and watched the night unfold over Madrid. Great views of the National Palace, all
the way across the city to Prado and Park Retiro...and totally beyond these city center
landmarks and far into the outer metro regions and within sight of approaching
international flights. The apartment itself is very modern, but compact. There is a washer/
dryer, tiny kitchen with quality cooking items and flat screen (we didn't watch TV). WiFi
worked at times if you sat by the open window. The WiFi was from the adjoining hotel.
The property also has access to the adjoining hotel's spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi/sport's
machines)...we only went there once since we seemed to get back to the hotel on Spanish
hours (1AM+) and the pool closes at 9PM. Connections into the city are exceptionally easy.
There is a metro station 50 meters from the door, taxis are always nearby and walking is
the best as it's only 10 minutes to the National Palace, and all the streets that lead from that
venue. There are also several food shops within 2 blocks, with a nice grocery store and
bakery to facilitate cooking a few meals at the place. The staff at the apartment desk was
very helpful as were the people in the adjoining hotel. Overall, this was a great place to
spend a week in Madrid. And Jose - the owner - was very communicative and trusting in
helping set up our reservation. We had a fabulous time in Madrid...what a great city! Jon &amp;

How can I describe this place.. Hmm.. If you are thinking about renting this place, I
promise you from the bottom of my heart, that you will enjoy every second that you spend
here in Madrid! The view from the apartment is, by itself, worth every cent of the price.
You can see literally EVERYTHING, and you feel like you're on top of world, just watching
this beautiful city go to sleep (in fact it never really sleeps) :)... Then there is the spa! You
can use it as much as you want and you feel like a king when you walk trough the
entrance of the hotel - at our stay we started every day with an hour in the spa and I for
sure can recommend that! :) The porters are as good as men can be, they will help you
with absolutely everything - even though they don't really speak English you'll manage to
connect with them in seconds! At last we have the host! Jose Vazquez is a true legend in
our eyes :).. Leading up to our holidays he contacted us several times, asking us if we
needed any information, and he was really excited about having us! Jose did a wonderful
job making us feel at home! He had filled up the refrigerator with beers, wine, eggs, juice
and a lot of other things so that we had something to drink and eat when we arrived -
that's what makes a legend in my book! :).. All in all: - The view!!! It CAN'T be described -
you can sit and watch for several hours in a row.. - The SPA! You will feel like a king and
there is almost never any visitors.. Normal entrance fee: 17 euro.. But when
you stay in Jose's apartment you can use it as much as you want... FOR FREE - that says it
all!! - Jose is, by far, the best host you will ever have - that I can guarantee.. We WILL be
back - and no one of us will ever stay at any other place than apartment 16 D, on 20th floor
with Jose Vazquez as our host! This is the way to see Madrid!! Niklas Zimmerman

"Lejos el mejor piso de la ciudad!"
Desde el momento en que llegamos al apartamento comenzaron los mejores días de
nuestra estadía en la ciudad, la cercanía a los lugares históricos y a pasos del metro hacen
del piso uno de los mejores lugares para estar en Madrid. Del Spa no me cabe duda que es
uno de los grandes puntos del lugar que te deja completamente renovado y con energías
para seguir recorriendo la ciudad. Recomiendo a
cualquier persona, ya sea por viajes de negocios o vacaciones, ya que el apartamento esta
completamente equipado y decorado con los mejores materiales, además la vista es

Je suis resté une semaine et j'ai passé de très bon moments. L'appartement est fonctionnel,
bien agencé et offre l'un des plus belles vues sur tout le centre historique de Madrid avec le
palais royal au premier plan. Quel plaisir de se réveiller avec Madrid à ses pieds! Il est
également bien situé, dans une rue commerçante en bordure du centre historique et avec
une bouche de métro au pied de l'immeuble.
Les portiers sont très sympas et le propriétaire est facilement joignable et toujours de bons
conseils. Le Spa (phénoménal!) est très appréciable pour se détendre après une journée à
faire du tourisme. J'y retournerai avec plaisir et je le recommande sans hésitation. L'unique

I stayed a week and I had a very good time. The apartment is functional, well designed
and offers one of the most beautiful views of the historical center of Madrid with Royal
Palace in the foreground. What a pleasure to wake up with Madrid at one's feet! It is also
conveniently located in a shopping street on the edge of the historic center and a metro
station at the front door of the building.
The doormen are very friendly and the owner is easily accessible and has always good
advice. And the phenomenal Spa of the place is very much appreciated after a hard day's
round of tourism! I would gladly go back and I recommend it without hesitation. The only

Best place to stay in Madrid is at the Melia Princesa, 20th floor. Jose Vazquez has the most
amazing view of Madrid from his apartment. Not only the view, you will be living in an
“Asian environment”, perfectly decorated and very well designed by Jose. The apartment
itself has so much to offer than you can imagine. Hard wood floor, beautiful natural
illumination from the panoramic sliding window, all great stainless steel appliances at the
modern kitchen, and a very sophisticated/ functional/modern bathroom with a washing
machine for your convenience. Four people will fit very comfortably. Along with the
apartment, everyone will have the privilege to join a magnificent Spa (free of charge) at the
lobby of the hotel; where you can relax by swimming in the pool, go to the Jacuzzi, Sauna,
and Steam room. On the other hand, you can also request to have a body massage if
desired. About Jose Vazquez, feel 100% confident to trust him. He is a great person,
fabulous company, amazing musician, and he is also a tour guide by nature, with an
extensive knowledge about art, music, and history (definitely the best host you can have!!).
Jose is always available for anything related to the apartment, and tourism. If
you are a first timer in Madrid and you are alone, consider him to be your friend to
accompany you on your tourism discovery adventure around Spain. He will introduce
you to the security guards of the building as a courtesy. They are very friendly people who
know Jose as a friend and they will take care of you at any time. From this building’s
location you can visit all Madrid in one full day
because everything is walking distance. Furthermore, if you need to take the Metro, it is
just half a block away from the Hotel, just perfect. In summary, renting this apartment
would be your best choice in order to have the perfect vacation in Madrid. This is it, take
it, and enjoy it!!!

"Exquisites Apartment im Zentrum der Metropole und mit atemberaubender Aussicht!"
Der grandiose Ausblick auf das Madrider Zentrum aus dem 20. (!) Stockwerk ist ein
besonderes Highlight, das ich ausgiebig zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit begeistert genossen
habe!!! Und das Beste ist, dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, welche man von oben bereits
erblickt hat, dank der guten Lage des Apartments in nur wenigen Gehminuten auch zu
Fuß erreichen kann!
Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass Gäste des Apartments den SPA-Bereich des im gleichen
Gebäude gelegenen fünf-Sterne Hotels nutzen dürfen. Echter Luxus!
Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen und kann diese Adresse nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The magnificent views over downtown Madrid from the 20th (!) Floor is a highlight, I
have thoroughly enjoyed both day and night! And the best part is that, thanks to the
excellent location of the apartment, you can in just a few minutes walk on foot to all sights
which you have already seen from above!
It should also be mentioned that guests of the apartment are permitted to use the spa of
the five-star hotel in the same building. A real luxury!
I will definitely be back and would warmly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé un séjour génial à Madrid !! L'appartement est incroyable, la vue est
vraiment magique. José est un hôte adorable, très accueillant, plein de bons conseils, qui a
vraiment à coeur que tout se passe bien pour nous ! Même si l'appartement est petit, tout
est super bien équipé à l'intérieur et on n'a manqué de rien... Il y a même la climatisation,
ce qui fait qu'on est très bien, même quand il fait chaud. Une précision, les deux lits
d'appoints ne sont pas de vrais lits, mais pour un court séjour c'est très suffisant. Le grand
lit est vraiment très confortable. L'appartement est idéalement situé, en plein coeur de
Madrid, tout se fait très facilement à pied. Le spa est vraiment très très bien et on a pu bien

is a lovely host, very welcoming, full of good advice, intended sincerely to make
everything go well for us! Although the apartment is small, everything is super well
equipped inside and we did not miss anything ... There is even air conditioning, which
makes one feel well, even when it's hot. A remark: the two extra beds are not real beds, but
for a short stay they suffice very well. The double bed is really comfortable. The apartment
is ideally located in the heart of Madrid, everything is reachable very easily on foot. The

BREATHTAKING panoramic view of Madrid! Charming and dedicated host, Jose gave us
a warm welcome to his completely overwhelming apartment. The location is ideal and the
view is something I would classify as a unique experience as the mirrors bounce off the
panorama infinitely. Crisp, clean, modern and very comfortable.

PENTHOUSE STUDIO APARTMENT MADRID CENTER with SPECTACULAR VIEW



Great place, for a great holiday. My family (2 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed every minute at this place. Wonderful apartment – with everything included - wonderful place – 10 minutes’ walk from the beach in quiet area. 10 minutes till the Metro (20 min. till the airport). Supermarket just across the street – with everything we could wish. And the most of all we enjoyed the swimming pool. A lot of things to do with kids – aquarium, aqua park, Tivoli world.
