I finally made it here to live permanently in paradise just a few years ago! After many years of searching for our perfect location on the Big Island of Hawaii, my husband Steve and I decided on beautiful Hakalau, a revitalized historic sugar plantation town! We both love it here and have been told by many locals that this is the best area of of Hawaii island and we couldn't agree more! When we designed Hakalau Vacation Rental, we took a lot of effort and attention to details, that most all other vacation rentals have seemed to forgot to do. We rented many vacation rentals here in Hawaii and stayed at several hotels here and we can safely say that you'll not find as clean, new and with as many amenities compared with lodging anywhere else in east Hawaii, especially at our price!
