Perfect Spot Lisbon - Beach Villa Up to 30 People

Una experiencia maravillosa para grandes grupos, la casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, estuvimos 4 familias, en total 16 personas, los niños disfrutaron mucho durmiendo en las literas y tiene mucho espacio e intimidad, el jardín es alegre y tiene zonas para descansar. Rita y Jon son realmente encantadores y nos dieron información de qué hacer en los alrededores. Seguro que repetiremos!! Thank you sooooo much Rita &amp; Jon, we will repeat for sure!! All of us have same feeling.


We recently booked out the Perfect Spot for a large group of us, 14 in total. We had simply the best trip away at the house. The hosts Rita &amp; John were so relaxed, helpful and fun to have around. They really did make our trip extra special and made sure we had the best time effortlessly. The house immediately made an impressive impact on arrival. Its very spacious and has lots of areas to relax and hang out. The house has a modern and minimal feel with very cool interior design. Its literally 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cascais and 7 minutes to the beach. Plenty of local surf and good parties in Lisbon! All in all it was 5 stars from the whole group, we even had a couple stay on for another week!

12 of us were at a family wedding and had the whole house to ourselves. The hosts were most welcoming and made us feel at home. They arranged activities and also taxis etc. They also allowed a family of four to park in their driveway! There was a good garden too. The house was very central to Caiscais and not too far from the restaurants, beach, etc. It was in a nice area and the house was fantastic.

We travelled with a group of 20 people and the location was just perfect! The garden is very spacious and beautiful with a lot of lovely details. The rooms were cozy and every room had its own touch moreover we were really happy with the kitchen and even though we were a large group we managed to eat at the house. Rita and John were the best hosts ever!! They went on daytrips with us, showed us the most beautiful spots of Portugal and the most delicious restaurants. They made our trip perfect and they are actually the reason this place is called "The perfect spot." Not only the hostel is perfect but also the location; Cascais is a beautiful little village but Lissabon is only a 20min train ride away. All in all I would definitely recommend this house!

Rita and John were great from the start. They helped us arrange the trip and helped to make it truly memorable. Dealing with last minute requests - such as to send our friend out of an airplane the next day. The accommodation was super. As shown here. The staff were lovely, this also runs as a hostel when not let out as a whole unit and we met some of the hostel staff at the beginning and end of our trip. We would definitely stay again and likely come back when it is in Hostel mode later in the year for some surfing! I can not recommend Rita and John highly enough. They will do all they can to make your trip perfect - and then some.

We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful home! We loved the decor and it was so clean and spacious and the beautiful private garden is such a fantastic bonus! I highly recommend staying here - the location is perfect, 5 min walk to a huge supermarket, the restaurants and beach. It's also really secure and a lovely space to relax and unwind! The house and garden are huge! Rita is so helpful and Isi was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Thanks for everything!

This is really a perfect spot, no lie on the name. The House is clean and well equiped, everything you need is already in! In addition to the perfect spot, you get the welcoming from Jon and Rita and it's just lovely, they are so helpful and ready to solve any doubt you may get. The location is nice and you are 5 min to supermarket, 8 min to the beach. do not hesitate if you want to enjoy Cascais.

If you are looking for a cosy house with a garden and the sea (4min) and Lisbon (25min by train) nerby than this is the right place! The house is really lovely decorated with many different chill-out areas, a huge kitchen, dining and living room. Futhermore the hosts Rita &amp; Jose, are really lovely, charming, couteous and totally easygoing – we totally felt like at home from second one. TOTALLY RECOMMENDABLE!
