The property is situated in a beautiful spot on top of a hill with magnificent views over the valley and stunning sunsets.  The tennis court and pool are excellent and completely private.  The house itself is very clean but rustic, and some of the furniture is in need of an up-grade, particularly the downstairs sitting area which is cramped for the number of bedrooms. There are a number of areas to eat al fresco (mosquitoes allowing) and the fig trees and vines provide plenty of fruit in the late summer.

Central Apartment in Florence with terrace and parking

We absolutely loved the scenery and facilities (pool, tennis court, laundry, BBQ, kitchen, abundance of space and bathrooms, pet tortoises and choice of dining areas). We also loved the gracious and kind owners and caretaker.

Ambiance familiale et propriétaires aux petits soins !  L'appartement est très agréable et on peut y garer sa voiture en toute sécurité. Tram et arrêt de bus juste à coté.

We recently returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Valentini and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our hosts were very accommodating and the villa was extremely well kept. The location was very central to the Tuscon region and only 30 to 45 minutes by train to Florence. The train station is about 20 minutes from the villa. Luisa the property manager was very helpful in arraigning a private chef for one evening and also an all day private tour with transportation to several wineries, which I highly suggest. I do recommend that you have a car as the villa is up in the hills and you can't really walk to town. The views of the valley however are breathtaking. I would certainly recommend this villa to larger groups and families and would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Tuscany in the future.

The house and the property offer a lot of place to find rest and recreation. The view over the valley from the pool area and tennis yard is stunning. There is a cosy outdoor barbecue place, which can be used as a fire pit for the nights. The house itself is well equipped, there was nothing we've missed.
The hospitality of the hosts, Isabella and Mauro, is outstanding, really warm-hearted persons. The contact with the sales office was always friendly and the response came almost instantly.
WE WILL BE BACK!

Very warm and charming hosts. Tennis court and swimming pool were a very nice addition to the house. Only if the weather was better we could use the barbecue outside.

Great place, friendly and helpful hosts. 

We are grateful to Isabella and her husband for the hospitality and communication! The apartment is really cool. You got everything you need - an AC in each room, fully equipped kitchen, iron, private parking etc etc. Antique furniture makes this place quite authentic! Location is also ok, 30 min walk to the center. We highly recommend this apartment!
