The PERNERA BEACH VILLA is amazing. It is clean and has everything that one might need to have a wonderful time. The swimming pool is very clean and the villa is very close to the beach (less than a minute with a car or 5-7 minutes walk). I highly recommend this villa to everyone who would like to visit Paralimni/Protaras. Michael and Sasha (Michaels' wife) is very kind and very friendly. Thanks for the amazing holiday.

have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Varvara Apartments and we really couldn't have asked for better hosts. Even before we arrived, Michael was extremely accommodating (especially when we needed to stay an extra 2 days) and was always on hand to answer any queries we had regarding our stay - I had many questions for poor Michael so this was greatly appreciated! Once we had arrived, his lovely wife Sasha came to welcome us and gave a few tips on restaurants and beaches in the area. Sasha was always contactable throughout our stay if we needed. The apartment was of a very high standard. Very clean, lovely balcony and pool area, and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We would highly recommend hiring a car, if like us, you plan to visit the beaches/restaurants in Protaras or Ayia Napa, however taxis are easily accessible if car hire is not an option for you. I really cannot fault our stay here and would recommend Michael and Sasha highly to anyone. My boyfriend and I are returning to Cyprus next year for a wedding and are already considering staying at Varvara or one of Michael's other properties.

Hello everyone. Vacationing in Cyprus at MEDSUN VILLA. I liked everything, the house is nice, is fully consistent with the photos on the site. Thank you very much Michael and his wife Sacha for their hospitality. As agreed with Michael, we were met at the airport in Larnaca and taken by taxi to the villa where the owners have already met. Beside the nice beaches - the first one a little more, with lifeguards, showers, sunbeds, etc., the second general, there are only loungers. Go to each of them literally 5 minutes. Supermarket about 500 meters. The house has everything to get away from life - a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a place for outdoor recreation. All super !!! Well done.

Overall the experience was 10/10. I could have not asked for a better service and respond from Michael - he is on hand 24/7, any queries or problems you have he on is guard non stop. Our TV was not tuned in when we arrived bit within less than 24hours Michael sent out an engineer and had it sorted. A service that i will most definitely be using again. The apartment was even more than what we had expected. 5 Star accommodation, clean and fresh. very comfortable and everything was just simply perfect. We had our flat over looking the pool and what a beautiful peaceful sight it was. The apartments are peaceful, so if you want to go somewhere to avoid the hustle and bustle for just relaxation i recommend this place over and over again. The location is perfect, i would advise renting a car (very cheap deals) and you are within a ten minute drive of everything! the best part is, its a five minute drive to a beautiful beach to! wish i knew about this website and this apartment sooner! would choose this place over a hotel any day :-)
