again we had a wonderful stay at Andros villa and hope to go again in 2023. the owners are friendly and very request was full filled with smiles. the pool was regularly checked by owner and the odd chat if we managed to be up in time. a car is needed as it a little way out of Coral Bay but the peace and surrounding area was all we hoped for. Thank you again Andreas and Ellie hope to see you next year

This is a lovely property, and the owners are friendly and easy to get on with, and - if an issue should arise - appeared quick to help out. We stayed as a couple, but there is plenty of space for a party of six. One large double bedroom, and two twins, all with loads and loads of storage space. There are no pictures of the bathrooms, but they are both fine - clean and everything works. They are on top of each other in the house layout, and therefore both the same - Toilet, sink, and a bath with a shower over it. The garden and garden furniture are no longer quite as the pictures, but there are plenty of sunbeds and outdoor furniture generally, although it would be a tight squeeze to dine outside as a party of six - there is a dining room table that is large enough if pulled away from the wall, then six would sit around it. Dining outside is probably most comfortable for four or fewer. One surprise on arrival is that the garden and pool are at the front of the house (I had assumed they were at the rear). This isn't really a problem and is easy to get used to, just wasn't what I was expecting! There is a small gap in the hedge to the people next door, and likewise to the road, but people would have to be deliberately looking to see you really, especially once in the pool you are not seen (except on the off chance the neighbours come down the driveway, which happened once in 12 days I think) The pool is 10m long, nice and deep, and keeps itself very clean - Although Andreas will appear every few days to clean it and top it up. But a quick scoop with the net each morning and it was ready for the day. The lounge furniture is very comfortable. The TV is in the lounge, but currently (October 21) has no "live" TV channels - I think the satellite provider changed their terms and conditions (or got found out) and so is currently not working. For us this wasn't an issue, as we had brought a laptop and an HDMI cable, and that meant we could watch Netflix etc The garden is no longer as grassy as it looks in the pictures - we spent all of our time outside either around the pool or on the patio, but not in the garden ... although there is a table tennis table that would be good for families. The inside of the villa looks lovely and bright in the pictures, but in reality it makes a lot of sense to keep the shutters down and keep the house cool. There is also a rooftop terrace above the kitchen. The location: The villa is between Coral Bay and Peyeia. It was about a 35 minute walk into Coral Bay and the beach there, and probably only about 25 minutes to the closest beach (in both cases, a 5 minute drive). From Coral Bay to the villa is relatively flat, but from the villa to Peyeia is steeply uphill - we walked up that way once (!) but took the car after that. Peyeia has some lovely taverns - we went up to Savvas Grill on our first night, which was very welcoming. Coral Bay is geared towards the tourists a little more - restaurants and bars that do burgers and pizzas, as well as some more local style places and Indian/Japanese places as well. But Mediterranean food is so nice, we did try and find small local taverns wherever we could. We had a lovely relaxing stay in this villa. I would recommend it to anyone. A car is *probably* a necessity however. All in all, an excellent place to stay and a lovely holiday

Iv stayed in many villas in the same area and this was definitely one of our favourites! Gorgeous villa, 2 min drive to coral bay and supermarket. Large pool regularly cleaned, bedding changed during our stay, and lovely owners let us check out later as we had a late flight home. Neighbours in villa behind were also lovely to talk too! We will definitely be back to the villa! Thankyou!

Great location in small village with all local amenties and great taverns with great food. Property well equipped and clean, owners very friendly and easy to contact. Villa has everything you need for your stay and decent size pool. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We had a lovely two weeks staying in this villa. It was well positioned in Pegia, spacious and well equipped. The pool area was well equipped with chairs, sun beds etc and a beautiful tree offers some much needed shade late afternoon. The pool was well cared for during our stay as was the villa, with a full change of towels, bedding and a clean through after the first week. In fact, we were given fresh towels four times during our stay. The owner Ellie was very friendly, we went to her restaurant for a lovely meal. We paid extra on arrival for the air con downstairs and we really needed to use it. Upstairs, air con in main bedroom worked but not as well as the other rooms. All in all, a really lovely two weeks, we were sad to be leaving Cyprus and this villa but this has been our 4th visit so will no doubt be back again soon and would have no qualms recommending this villa. Thank you Ellie for a lovely holiday.

We were delighted with the villa when we arrived as everything is exactly as shown on the photos. The rooms and grounds were much bigger than we expected. The owners hospitality was second to none and their attention to detail was excellent. There was a folder left with a great amount of detail in about the villa, the surrounding area and also the history of Cyprus which was a very nice touch. The pool was cleaned regularly for us during our stay. We also had a lovely meal in the families restaurant. We had been a little concerned with how far out the villa was from local shops and restaurants as it was recommended that we hire a car. However the villa is on the outskirts a lovely little village and the coral bay resort is minutes away in the car. You could walk it easily if you could be bothered! Secluded enough to have a nice peaceful holiday but not completely cut off from everyone. There are villas adjacent to this property but there are sufficient trees and fences to ensure the pool and garden area is not overlooked. Definitely somewhere we would like to return to.
