About
We have close family friends from New England and for the last 20 years my wife Alison and I have loved travelling and spending time in North America. As soon as our two young girls arrived, the draw of Florida grew stronger and about 10 years ago we were able to purchase our dream vacation home. We visit the villa twice a year and when we’re not there, the villa is looked after a family-owned Property Management Company that we have known since buying our home. The villa is a very much a home or base for our family when we’re in North America for and is a long-term commitment ; ie. it’s not a short-term investment property nor are we looking to sell it in the short or medium term. My main point is that we’re very responsible homeowners and definitely won’t let you down.

An excellent well appointed villa in a safe quiet location within easy access to the Parks, a variety of shopping and golf courses in the area.
Southern Dunes in particular is a must.
The gated security adds an additional feel good factor.
Owners assistance with directions and information for our stay was also appreciated.
Will definitely use again and look forward to doing so again if available in the near future.

The villa was exactly as described and we had a lovely 3 weeks there. It was very comfortable with everything we needed and was ideal for our family group, especially the screened-off pool for the 3 year-old in our party. It was in a really nice quiet area with good access to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping and was close to a major road so it was easy to find our way around the area. The owner was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa to anyone wishing to visit the area.

The pictures of the villa online do no do it justice! The villa exceeded all our expections it was beautiful. It was in such a safe environment and a perfect area to nip to the walmart and go for dinner. We stay from 18th-28th September 2017. We have stayed in many villas over the last few years and this was by far the best. Mark also sent us his sat nav to use which were so grateful for. We are definitely coming back to this villa next year :)

We enjoyed our stay very much at this lovely home. The home was well maintained and very clean. What you see is what you get. The owner of the home was very helpful and easy to work with. He sent us step by step instructions on how to get to the home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Davenport/Disney area. Thanks Mark-We had a wonderful time with family!

Really nice villa, in a quiet location away from the busier areas of Orlando but not too far from the parks. Mark was very easy to deal with during and after the booking process. Providing detailed directions to the villa from the Airport. We really enjoyed our time in Orlando and at the villa. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Mark, Thank you so much for letting your villa to us. We have visited Orlando many times and stayed at many different villas - but yours puts all the others to shame. Good location, immaculately clean inside and out, furnished to a high standard and everything rlse you could wish for from a vacation villa and more. We have just arrived back in the UK after the most amazing 2 weeks visiting all the parks, riding every roller coaster, visiting Seaworld and Discovery Cove and Swimming with Dolphins its so sad to be home. Our stay was made extra special by staying in such a lovely home and making our experience in Florida a comfortable one. If we were to return we would not hesitate to stay here again and certainly recommend this lovely home to anyone who wants a very convenient home in an ideal location. We are already starting to save the pennies for our next visit back. A big special thank you to Mark for making everything so stress free and all the advice. Plus the Sat Nav was a blessing! We stayed at here in May last year it was my Daughter's 18th .We have been to Florida many times and this is by far the most relaxing well positioned villa we have had the pleasure of staying at.It was close enough to the parks but it also allowed us to take in more traditional American attractions.We visited the west gate river ranch rodeo fantastic.The villa its self has everything you could need its in a very friendly estate which has its on lake where we fished every night just to see the Aligator (ally) feed on our catch.We also found Mark exceptionaly easy to deal with.We will definately hope to stay there on our next visit.- Mairi McMinn, SCOTLAND u.k (mairi.mcminn@sky.com)
