The house is wonderfull, fully equipped with everything needed for family stay. The house indeed has even the smallest details we might need: Marios took care of pizzas for our late arrival and food for the next morning, but also provided small details like cooking oil, kitchen towels, all types of cuttlery and dishes, variety of spices, wet napkins, barbeque charcoal etc. etc. Basically we were all taken care for. 

The area around is agricultural, rural fields, nice bicycle track. The beach is in walking distance, it is stony. People were fishing and kiting in the sea. 

Marios was very welcomming and suportive during check-in and check-out. Thank you!

<p>"The most fantastic villa, we will definitely return!"We have recently returned from a wonderful holiday here and would not hesitate in returning. From the outset, the booking process was made very smooth by the fantastic villa manager, who before and during our stay could not do enough for us. The villa itself is finished to a very high standard, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Located only 15 mins drive from leaving the airport, and with Kiti village only 10 mins drive away, the location was perfect. Travelling with 2 small children, aged 2 and 3, the beautiful garden provided a very safe place to play and enjoy the sunshine. The swings in the garden were a big hit! BBQ equipment all provided. The kitchen had all the facilities/equipment you could want and we were grateful for the few supplies provided ahead of our arrival. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Bedrooms were lovely, comfortable beds with plenty of clean sheets. Great to have DVD player to keep the children occupied in the evening. So many little things/great attention to detail that made our holiday extra special!</p>
