We stayed at this lovely villa for four wonderful weeks. The owners should be very proud of their home. Everything you could possibly need is there. Plenty of towels, bedding, crockery, cutlery etc. there were dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder plus kitchen roll and more. The villa is so homely and comfortable so much so we did spend quite a few nights in watching television. The pool isn't the largest but as there were only two of us it wasn't a problem. Although a family of five or six would be fine with it. We did have the pool heating as the water was cold otherwise. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable we struggled to get up before 10am most days 😄. The villa is in a very quiet area and is not overlooked at the back making it very private when using the pool. Our only problem was how to use the oven as l did a few meals in but looked it up on Google. The villa is about 20 - 25 minutes from the parks via 27 and i4 but we never had a problem with that as we hired a car. We had a late flight coming home and when I contacted the owners to see if we could have a late check out they promptly replied and said we could leave as late as we wanted too, Which we thought was a really lovely gesture. We would strongly recommend anyone to holiday in this villa as the owners are lovely people to deal with and just want to accommodate all your needs.

We had a 2 week stay at this lovely villa and it didn't disappoint!! Everything we needed for our stay was there from fresh bedding and comfy beds for all of us (Mum, Dad, Grandma and 2 boys) to the spacious kitchen area, plus the great pool and loungers. We have stayed here before back in 2012, 2011 and 2010, so can see the new owners have made some fab, new updates in the kitchen and living room. The residential area was quiet and lovely to have a wonder around. Neighbours were friendly and welcoming. After a busy day out at the theme parks, it was lovely to use the washing machine, dryer and maiden for our clothes, so would recommend bringing less clothes with you as our clothes were dry on the maiden if left in the garage overnight. Towels may need a little longer, but these could be thrown in the dryer for a couple of minutes (then there's space for all the gifts/presents you bring back home with you in the suitcases) :0) We had a issue with the air con, but the engineers were able to resolve this quickly. Just 1 suggestion, in the children's bedroom the mirrors were lovely but maybe move these higher up above the bed or hang elsewhere, as concerned our eldest may crack them when he's asleep and turns over in the bed. All fine though while we were there, just a suggestion. Would love to stay again in the future. We stayed at this home in October 2018. The details in the advert were completely accurate. We had a couple of issues while there (pool pump started squealing and the toilet blocked), but these were resolved promptly by the management company. The property overall is sizeable with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with walk in shower and bath, the other with over-bath shower. The only downside to the smaller rooms is that they didn't seem to get the same air con as the other rooms so got a bit stuffy, and the beds were very noisy, squeaking with every turn. There were plenty of items for young children (cots, baby pool flotation, etc) and the washer and dryer were fab, as was the cooker and large fridge freezer. There were also poolside chairs and tables, although these and some of the property are starting to look a little 'tired', they were clean and functional. The pool is quite small, but adequate for lounging around in, and the pool was cleaned weekly. We had a few frogs in the pool, but the area remained bug free and the south-facing aspect was excellent. We didn't heat the pool, finding it warm enough in the 30-degree heat we experienced while there. We left a couple of pool toys (a blow-up flamingo and alligator) for future visitors to enjoy. The Wi-Fi was fast, the TV had plenty of channels and there are plenty of books around for evening reading, although we couldn't get the bedroom TVs to work, this was probably my failing rather than the setup in the house. The lounge furniture was comfortable as was the master bed. There was also lots of storage space, more than enough for our needs. A huge walmart was just 5 miles away, most attractions were 20-30 miles away on average. (Gatorland: 24 miles; Discover cove, 21 miles; Universal 25 miles; Wild Florida 48 miles; Boggy Creek 28 miles; Busch Gardens 59 miles), but the roads are very easy to navigate with Google Maps or Waze. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby - chinese, pizza, applebees, etc. we left a couple of local menus in the property for future visitors. Communications from the owners Isabelle & Hervé was prompt and helpful and I'd recommend clickstay and this property to anyone visiting Orlando area.

The villa was everything discribed on the web site said. We had been to that area before so the location was perfect. Owners management company were good to deal with but slow to act on issues. It was very comfortable and clean, pool was great and south facing. What more would you want.

stayed May/June 2016 in this beautiful home. Internally the property is spotless and very comfortable - new appliances such as HUGE TV and new washer and dryer which were amazing. The owners are lovely and very quick to respond to email. The villa has 3 large bedrooms and we as a family of 5 were very comfortable - not cramped at all. The location is excellent, on the 27 about halfway between the I4 and the 192. So handy for all attractions and there is an abundance of food/shopping on the 192. I could not recommend this villa highly enough. We had a wasps nest at the front door and rang the management company - they had someone out in less than 20 minutes to remove it. Great service, great location and lovely home. Will hopefully be back soon. Thank you

We have just come home from this lovely Villa .... this is our 4th time we have stayed here ... the location is great, not far from the parks... The Villa is not overlooked and has the sun in the pool area all day .... The couches in the family do need renewing, they are not as comfy as they were .. The king sized bed in the Master room is so lovely & Comfy .... The washing Machine & Dryer are new & are fantastic .... The Management company where there when needed ... The Villa is not far from the shops..... you could walk (if desired) to the nearest shop (Publix) ...Applebee's is also near ... Turn right as you leave the estate & drive for about 5 minuets there are a good selection on Restaurants. Including Crackerbarrel (One of our favourites)... We love this Villa & plan to stay in the future.

Lovely villa in a lovely location.communication with the owner was excellent, any questions we asked were answered straight away.. Lovely pool only downside if there is more than 3 of you as there is only 3 sun beds. The couches in the family room could also do with being renewed but don't let this put you off. The washing machine is fantastic very up to date. No bugs whatsoever in the house as there is bug plug ins to deter them. We would definitely use again if available for later in the year.

We have just come back from our 2 week holiday and stayed at this villa.. This is our 3rd time at this villa and the changes the new owners have made are fantastic. We had one problem which was Villa Renters had given us the old door lock number and we didnt have a phone number for the management company to find out the new one ...Luckily I had emailed the owner days before going out and was able to get in touch with them & get the new number ...something that need sorting ASAP The villa is close to Disney local shops and an Apple berrys which you may have to book in busy months as it gets packed close to the 192 which has a lot of shops ,Restaurants. & crazy golf We have booked this villa again for Aug next year I would recommend it to everyone
