This villa and gated community in which it resides are Incredible!!  You will not be disappointed.  My wife and I needed a place to stay for 4 weeks on short notice, and we were very lucky to stumble across this brand new home/listing at the right time.  It was much bigger than we needed of course, but staying at a hotel for 4 weeks wasnt going to work.  There werent pictures in the ad showing the community or the master bedrooms, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

The community grounds are secure, quiet, clean and well groomed.  We took daily walks/jogs around the neighborhood.  The Community Fitness Center has a few treadmills, exercise bike, multi-station weight machine and a few other misc. items.  The Community Pool/Spa area is nice, but with your our private pool youll probably not spend much time there.  In fact, our favorite part of the villa was the private pool/spa and all the technology that came with it Outdoor Stereo, TV and cool LED lighting. 

Having a Publix Supermarket and Dollar General store within 5-10 minutes was very convenient.  There arent a lot of dining choices within the immediate area, but that shouldnt matter if youre spending most of your time elsewhere enjoying the attractions/activities.  The Publix Supermarket had surprisingly good Sushi and other prepared foods (Rotisserie Chicken, Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders).  My wife got the Sushi Chef to make a custom made-to-order roll.  There are plenty of good dining choices on W. Irlo Bronson Hwy. and near the attractions of course.  For the Beer drinkers, the Sea Dog Brewery and the World of Beers in Orlando are great choices.  The Sea Dog had awesome happy hour deals.  The town of Celebration is a nice area to take a walk, shop and dine.

I’ll admit, we were a little skeptical of this ad at first, having to pay in advance for a 4 week stay in a new place with no reviews..... So we decided to purchase the VRBO Carefree Rental Guarantee insurance.  You should have no worries though. Nick was very responsive to our emails and voicemails.  He also sent us pictures of the villa as it was progressing through the final interior/exterior decorating stages.  And he checked up on us a few times via email during our visit.

We love the location of Watersong and have stayed in this community several times. This villa is brand new and we hoped it would meet our very high expectations.  It did not disappoint.  It is obvious that the owner has gone to great lengths to not only individualise his villa, but he has also paid great attention to adding lots of luxury items which do not form part of the standard "package".  We loved the lighting-both inside and outside of the villa and I must say this was the envy of the holidaymakers next door, as was the outside TV, which we could watch whilst relaxing in the spa.  The pool table and air hockey table were both of a very high professional standard and certainly made a change from the usual lower standard which are often placed in rental homes. What we especially like too was the location of the games room.  All too often these are part of a garage area, which can get really hot in summer and are often seen as an afterthought.  Here the games equipment was an integral part of the house, set on the huge landing area, with lots of room for spectators-a really comfortable and well thought out area (and we loved the lighting here!)  Extra touches such as the waffle maker and hot drink maker were very much appreciated, as were the remote lighting controls.  In addition, the kitchen was well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery pots and pans etc.  All bedrooms had large TVs but even these were surpassed by the monster-sized screen in the living room!   How much did we like it? Enough to book another stay later this year.
