Really nice villa, clean and modern and has everything you would need. Spacious outdoor area with lovely shaded area for eating . Tony, the manager was always available if needed and very friendly. No negatives to say. Would def return

Lovely villa! Great views fabulous pool, everything we needed, Tony was very accommodating and helpful, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this villa we were three couples and two children and was plenty of room for us all. The only thing that must be pointed out is even though the village of Benalmádena Pueblo is very close by there is a very steep hill to climb to get there, but a totally stunning village when you get there.

We were a group of 6 ladies. Villa was stunning with lovely views of the sea. Facilities were excellent. We were met by Tony and nothing was too much trouble for him. He showed us around and explained all to us. We all agreed villa was stunning. The only downside was it was quite a steep hill , all be it short, up to the old village. But the walk was worth it. Benalmadena pueblo is so quaint and quiet. We loved it. We would recommend this villa and place to anyone. We are definitely going to return.

Lovely villa. Very well equipped. We were a group of two families and there was plenty of space. Nice quiet area in Pueblo Benalmadena. No problems or issues at all. Would highly recommend.

Villa Ladida is a great villa which is perfect for 2 families holidaying together as it is spacious and all the bedrooms have access to a terrace. The villa is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser and a Smart TV on which we could watch films through our Netflix account. It is a short, though steep, walk to Benalmadena Pueblo which is lovely and has lots of good places to eat. We had an excellent stay with, the only things which could be improved are the bed in the master bedroom which creaks and the sunbeds which could do with updating but apart from that it was perfect. I would definitely recconend both the villa and the area to others.

Where do i start ? Fantastic villa, great location, terrific benalmadena pueblo within walking distance despite the steep hill going out, but great downhill stroll on way back. We were here in june 2015, met by sue and ann late saturday night. Had a couple of minor house problems, during the 2 weeks, but on both occasions the property management- sue, and the owners , responded and reacted swiftly and rectified the alarm and water problem brilliantly . We were impressed and appreciated their input. The villa was spotless. Very well laid out, lots of space and utensils etc. Quiet location, parking outside the villa was available but one needed to mindful and respectful of steep hill.narrow roads as well as the neighbours who live there. We had a small car so did not cause any obstacles. Great pool, cleaned and attended several times a week, friendly pool man. My family and friend who stayed with us , also our extended family who stayed in the pueblo were all very pleased and impressed with the villa. Entry was via a secure door with intercom, then up some steep but well maintainrd and well lit steps up to the pool area. Thank you so much for a fabulous two week holiday - we had a family wedding during our stay - low key and close family with us to celebrate at the fabulous iglesia santo domingo church and afterwards at El muro. But really the villa was the icing on the cake, where we relaxed and enjoyed this lovely part of spain.
