Review of E1 Diana gardens Paphos. The location of the apartment and surrounds are excellent, although a little remote. We hired a car which I feel is a must. The apartment was well laid out, but looked a little shabby we felt that the cleanliness of the apartment was below standard for which we paid €50.00 cleaning fee. The bathroom had mildew round the bath tub, main bedroom had damp along the bottom of the wall. The dining room chairs were badly worn and should be replaced, The setees were stained and had a strange odour. We also had to pay a €50.00 unrefundable breakage fee, which we found a bit unfair. On entry inspection we found the glass coffee table had been broken (on which I cut my hand) which would be a lethal situation with young children. The shelf in the fridge door was cracked. I left a note to this effect. Would I book this apartment again, probably not. I Taylor

This apartment was well stocked for the amount of guests , clean modern lines , umbrella on balcony was in good condition , but was to small really to offer good amount of shade , as this is in sunshine for most of day . I was surprised to see in the email I received few days before I arrived that the apartment had restricted air conditioning usage , on a timer of two maximum slot , bedrooms had a ceiling fan which was a good back up , but it was still sticky at night and some people might find it uncomfortable to keep getting up to turn back on again , I think this should be made clear on description of apartment on site, then its people choice rather than the surprise . The apartment was overall very good , clear description how to get the best out the TV , good kids channels . Would rent this again and recommend to others .

Amazing family holiday Amazing peaceful and quiet place near the city centre, good for family with 2 children. This place is also well accessible by the car. Apartment contains A/C, Fans in bedrooms, kitchen with accessories, bath, balcony and spacious living room. We will remember this accommodation for a next visit.
