About

Hi, I am Nik Mihail Stavridis and I am directing SimplyGreek Villas Houses with wooden ceilings, stone arches, white walls with rounded off corners and blue wooden windows and doors will give you the feeling you are actually in Greece and not somewhere else. I love simplicity, Art, Friendship, Nature, Interior design, Organic Farming and gardening, Eco-Friendly building, Renovating Old Furniture and I am recycling... I play tennis and horse riding so any of my guests are welcome to join me. Hospitality to me is of the utmost importance. I grew up with it and so for me just renting out a house is not enough. I do everything in my power to provide my customers with anything they might expect and more, and to offer them a special, organized and clean home with atmosphere and character that will give them the opportunity to unwind, explore, relax and enjoy a great holiday. I am looking forward to welcome you in my home !

Our party was two couples in our mid mid-fifties. We have all traveled extensively and have spent time working overseas. Weve rented many houses in quite a few countries and this property stands out as being quite special. One of the best houses weve rented in our travels. Our hosts were lovely folks to deal with and wed not hesitate to recommend this property. The one short coming was that when using the outdoor BBQ one of the neighbors would yell about the smoke it produced. We were assured that many BBQed in the neighborhood and that it was the neighbor, and not our BBQ, which was out of line ! Reality is that there are folks like that everywhere in the world and I would not let that put you off from renting this truly beautiful property. I just thought it was worth mentioning so you would not be surprised the first time you lit the gorgeous outdoor stone BBQ.

Our stay in Dream House was wonderfulalthough too short!! Were already dreaming of our next visit to Greece. Gudrun and Yiorgos were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. Their wonderful hospitality was extremely appreciated as we were making our first holiday with our infant son. They made sure we had everything we needed for him throughout our stay. My only regret about the villa was that the pool was unheated, making the water much too cold to enjoy given the what I understand was below average temperatures we encountered in early October. Again, a fantastic place to stay in a wonderful Rhodian village, just an easy drive to Rhodes Town.

We have just come back from the most wonderful 10 days at The Dreamhouse, which is entirely deserving of the name! The whole place, which is beautifully decorated and full of character, has a super atmosphere - even to the extent of having a bush adjoining the main patio which miraculously emits a wonderful scent at dusk. The walled garden is beautiful and the non-chloric pool ideal for a lazy day. The ancient city of Rhodes is a 15-20 minute drive, whilst there are numerous sandy beaches in the other direction. The village centre location was ideal for nipping out to the local restaurants, bars and small general goods store. We cannot recommend this villa too highly!

This is a authentic, stunning villa in a non touristic part of Rhodes yet very close to all the action. The home is gorgeous, lots of private spaces,a fabulous pool and very welcoming landlords. They also organised the car for us and gave us some great tips for our holiday. we where only with 4 adults and 1 toddler but the home is large with some additional nanny flats attached. The garden is just luscious with lots of shady places, plants, lounge corners and cooking facilities. The home is a truly original piece with lots of character and history, nothing like your everyday holiday villas. We where sad to leave this child friendly stunner and wholeheartedly recommend this home to those that value authenticity and luxury..

The house and the garden are really beautiful, the whole property is well kept and the owners help us in any situation. It is a perfect place to relax. In walking distance you will find 3 tavernas, a souflaki place and a super market. Still a car is highly recommended. By car it takse 20 min. to the airport, 20 min. to the old town of Rhodes, 10 min. to the next beach and less than 1 hour to Lindos. You can explore the whole island starting from here.

We had a wonderful 10 days at this property in Rhodes. It is a beautiful traditional Greek house set in a lage private garden. Gudrun and Giorgos were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house has all amenities needed. It is in Koskinou so you can step out into the old town and there a couple of excellent Greek tavernas to choose from. A supermarket is very close walking distance. Would be happy to recommend this place to anyone and would like to thank Gudrun and Giorgos for their great hospitality. Mary, Graeme, Heather and Sean

A really comfortable villa, full of charm and character. We had up to eight people staying at once and everyone was accommodated well - though if you are going to exceed this number double-check the floorplan as some rooms lead off others. The separate "outhouse" is a cool and spacious set of rooms that include a double bedroom and a small bathroom. The garden is a dream: large, with pomegranate and orange trees, plenty of shrubs and herbs, a couple of hammocks and a lovely open pergola with comfortable seats for daytime shade and early-evening drinks. The pool is bigger than we had envisaged and nicely deep, and it is very pleasant not to have that chlorine smell on your skin. The house itself has a large terrace overlooking the garden, with a dining table and an area you can relax in. We spent many evenings here. There is also a suspended day bed, which turned out to be very good too for night times sleeping in the moonlight. Koskinou village is charming - go out the back door of the property and you are immediately in a maze of whitewashed cobbled streets - and it is quiet. The nearest beaches - at Kalithea - are great: relatively quiet, quite varied and with crystal clear blue seas. Very much recommended.

We have spent fantastic week in the Dream house. The house and garden is really special place, having all comfort for the holiday and unbelievable genius loci. Behind the back door, you will find the atmosphere of the old village of Koskinou, will small greek restaurants, old architecture. Few minutes of drive you can find nice small beaches (e.g. Oasis beach) with all privacy, stylisch bar and good food. All in all, it is a perfect contrast with mainstream holiday in the resort for people who want to enjoy it. Strongly recommended.
