We had a fantastic holiday thanks to John and his staff at the property. The location and a sea view is awesome, you are just 5 minutes driving from all the markets, shopping malls and night parties of Patong but when you are in the villa you feel like you are staying in a 5 star oasis away from everything and everyone. The house have everything you might need during your stay and even more. Will definitely come back again. Thank you John.

A really beautiful villa. Quite difficult to get to as it was down such a steep hill and mini buses could not get down the hill.
The facilities within the villa were excellent as was the pool.
The only disappointing thing was the cost of the electricity which we had to pay on top was more expensive for two weeks than what I pay in Australia for three months and we only had the aircon on in one room. It was over 9000 baht for two weeks. 
We also had trouble getting the deposit returned before we left. We were expecting the managers wife to bring it to us but found out that it had been left with the cleaner. We were not told about that the cleaner had it and I had to go looking for her after the taxi had turned up to take us to the airport. I recommend anyone renting the villa to ask to see the electricity meter readings in person
