The villa experience was mixed. Some aspects were positive but others were not so good. The pictures on the ClickStay site were not of the actual Villa 50 we stayed in. The following summarises the overall experience score:

Positives: 
- The pool was chemical free and clean and area around the pool was well kept but seating was dirty and old 
- Some floats were available for the children but limited compared to other Turkish Villas 
- Shops were close by and most groceries could be found and sourced
- The sauna and plunge pool were good but could not be used as no seating despite the pictures showing there is
- The bedrooms were air conditioned and had en-suites 
- Adequate lighting and car parking available 

Areas for Improvement: 
- The general cleanliness was below expected standards - compared to other villas we have stayed in 
- Dead bugs and a cockroach infestation was present in bathroom on lower ground and the bugs were seen all over the villa during our stay 
- The sink in upstairs master bedroom was blocked and did not work properly
- The Master bedroom toilet was leaking into the downstairs bedroom with water dripping into the lower bedroom 
- All awnings had mould on them and had not been cleaned - completely opposite of the pictures on website 
- The sofa in main lounge was torn and tattered, the cupboards had handles missing from them 
- No air conditioning in main lounge - all glass areas with sun beaming into meant this was hotter than sauna 
- No air conditioning in games room, no gym despite being advertised in description
- No seating in plunge pool area so was unable to use the sauna and plunge pool as no where to sit to dry off
- No point having balconies if there is no seating in any of them 
- Garden was not well kept but was instead over grown 
- Watchman in grounds could not speak English so no way to communicate our needs - we were told by your rep the person was 'good at body sign language' but he was of no real use 
- No hairdryer in villa 
- Kitchen was very basic - compared to other villas no basic tea / sugar / salt / pepper / oil which other villas at this price usually provide 
- No welcome book, no instructions on how to use the machines - very unwelcoming compared to other villas
- No mention in the advert about the significant number of stairs to enter the villa and between floors. I had 2 restricted mobility members in family so the villa was not suitable. 

Overall this villa was not as advertised and I feel was over sold on click stay site compared to what you get in reality. Not value for money I would not recommend staying here and would not be renting from this site again.
