It was clean tidy, spacious, warm, and cosy.

Check in and check was easy. Communication with the host was excellent.

Everything we needed was provided. It was in a great location and very easy to find.

The views from the balcony were excellent, we were very impressed with all the facilities provided including the pool.

Will definitely 100% be looking to come and stay again next year.

Paphos Sea view Beach Villa with pool

We stayed very well. The apartment was nearby a street with a lot of restaurants. The rooms were cleaned. The kitchen was fully equipped. The nearest beach was not far but we preferred some others. The swimming pool was nice.

Paphos holiday rental with pool

Just back from a week at Eden Gardens. When we arrived, the place was spotless and the pre-booked Welcome Pack was ideal to get rolling. The Kitchen is fully fitted with Fridge-Freezer, Hob, Oven, and Microwave. The living area has Satellite TV with English News and English speaking Movie & Sports Channels, a DVD player with a selec tion of family movies and, wonder of wonders, UK 3 pin sockets!!!

All rooms have ceiling fans and Aircon units. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The pool. which is shared by about 10 units, is in sunshine all day and each apartment has its own sun beds. It may not be ideal for very young children as it is over 4 feet deep at the shallowest but for us it could not be faulted.

There is a good supermarket within 5 minutes walk and the area is well served with a variety of restaurants and bars. The local bus service is top class with regular services to all the local attractions including Aphrodites Water Park ( a must for kids of all ages ), Coral Bay beach, The Old Town, The Harbour and the fascinating archeological sites and the fares is always the same, 1 Euro for adults, children free.

We had a fabulous stay at Eden Gardens and I would love to go back soon.

Paphos holiday apartment with pool

The villa was beautifully decorated and in an immaculate condition. Every facility you can think of was provided in the villa and we received exceptional service during our stay. We found the owner to be very friendly and helpful and was easy to contact for any queries that we had. He really went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible during our stay.
The resort itself is quiet and peaceful so we spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool or on our balcony. We found it fantastic for our family and suited all the kids regardless of age! The seaside views from the balconies were stunning. We especially loved the amazing sea views from the swimming pool! The villa is within close driving distance to coral bay, paphos town restaurants, shops and harbour so spending days out was easy as well. We would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to visit paphos because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!
