We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Olive Grove villa - Dennis and Vasso were so welcoming and friendly, the villa was immaculate and extremely well equipped, the garden is beautiful and well maintained. The villa is in an excellent position for exploring the island . Thank you so much Dennis and Vasso we will definitely be back !

We loved this villa. Spotlessly clean, lots of space, amazing grounds and pool. Well placed to see the sights of the south easily, so close to the airport and just off the main route but lovely and quiet in the olive groves. Air conditioning was much appreciated and the pool was a lovely temperature. Thank you Dennis for all your attention during our stay

4 of us stayed at the Olive grove villa on the 12th September 2014 for 10 nights.
We had an incredible time.
We arrived and was so happy with the villa, its been kept in perfect order by Dennis &amp; his family.

Dennis gave us plenty of tips.
We was all told to try the food at Dennis Taverna, the guys at the Taverna would pick us up and dro p us back after our meal and drinks.

The island is beautiful and the villa is a real gem!
We intend on going back!!

Fantastic Villa

We chose this villa as our daughter was getting married at Cameo Island which is not far away. We couldn’t have picked a better place Villa has everything you need and more, spacious inside very clean. Outside is the wonderful pool plenty of sun loungers and the garden is wonderful with plenty of shade if you need it complete with the large bbq. The owner Dennis was such lovely people and nothing is too much trouble even buying our granddaughter a cuddly toy and a lovely cloth and candles for the table for the wedding day! They even gave us contact details so we could hire a car. This Villa is a great base for exploring the lovely island of Zante.

Great villa in a lovely setting

Perfect villa for a relaxing break. Set in amongst old olive groves, it's in a quiet, peaceful location, ideal for those who want to unwind. The villa has everything you could need, a home from home, with lots of space both inside and out. The garden is lovely and well kept, has a great built in BBQ, a nice size pool, and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. We stayed for 2 weeks, and used the BBQ several times, as we didn't want to eat out every night and meant we could relax at the villa for longer. Dennis and Vasso, the owners, visited most days to clean the pool and water the garden and check whether there was anything we needed. They are lovely, friendly people, nothing was too much trouble, and they helped make our stay more enjoyable. We asked for advise on some traditional villages to visit, to get away from the more touristy areas, and they were really helpful suggesting places to go, which did not disappoint. Hiring a car is essential, as all the tavernas are not within walking distance. The local bakery is however a 15 min walk each way but there is nothing else close enough. However this didn't detract from our stay as we made the most of having a car, getting out to different places most days. Places to visit: Grampsas vineyard/winery and olive press museum are both pretty local, the traditional village of Koiliomenos (20 mins drive) is well worth a visit. We ate in lots of different tavernas and can recommend Dennis taverna and Cave Damianos, Ampelostrates, the Windmill and the Vardiola (there are cards for each of these in the villa). All in all, a great holiday, and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again. Thanks Dennis and Vasso!

Fantastic example of a modern Zakynthos Villa with fabulous facilities and a great location for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

More than enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. Lots of room for the children to play, private pool and BBQ. Good range of utensils, TV, safety deposit box on site.

Although the villa is within walking distance to the beach, would recommend hiring a cars as the villa is set in olive groves away from the main resorts, transportation is also handy for food supplies and exploring the island.

Booking was completely hassle free and the owners and maintenance staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Would not hesitate to go back.

I stayed at this villa with my husband and another couple when a mutual friend got married on the island. The location was superb - really felt like we were away from it all, but not isolated, given that we had neighbours. It was very quiet with absolutely no disturbances from anyone, so if you are looking for a tranquil setting which isnt too remote, this one would be ideal. Its just a short drive to civilisation, although you really do need a car if you stay here.
The villa itself was clean and tidy with 3 good sized bedrooms. Four adults sharing certainly didnt feel like a squash with plenty of room downstairs in the open plan layout. The garden was very spacious, allowing us all to spread out on the sun-loungers. We also had a decent sized table for eating al fresco. The pool wasnt huge but a good size and was very inviting in the heat! We also had a large barbeque, which enabled us to invite another couple round for dinner one evening, with no problems getting everything cooked at once. 
There were a couple of bits of maintenance that needed attending to and the garden really needed a tidy up as the lawn was a little overgrown, but overall, we were very happy with the rental and couldnt fault the owner, Denis, for his courteous, promt service. Set in the heart of the olive groves, the villa was much more than we expected. We went to Zante to get married and wanted to stay in the real Greece.This certainly is a sample of real Greece. The photos dont do the villa anywhere near as much justice as it deserves - its gorgeous, the location is perfectly quiet and private, and you have easy access to local shops and tavernas. The island is fantastic and the people are great. We found the villa was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious and extremely well maintained. Perfect for groups, families or anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be going back to Olive Grove Villa.  We had a wonderful stay at the villa. If it is a tranquil, peaceful holday you are looking for then this is the villa for you.
There were four adults and one infant in our family and it was suitable for everyone.
A car is essential but if you enjoy walking there are wonderful walks in the olive groves. Review from Trip Advisor February 2012, from a stay in June 2011
