The villa is very well appointed with everything you will need, we were a group of 18, 8 adults and 5 children and we were able to live very comfortably together for a week. There was even one spare bedroom. Three bathrooms meant there was no queing for a shower and we were able to sit and have breakfast in the morning at the large dining table using the fully equiped kitchen. We had a medical emergency during our stay, one of the children got sick and we had to call an ambulance, Henry called the emergency services back and made sure they were coming to the right address, he also offered to come to the hospital and help with any translation even though he was with his family in a different area. Henry also helped to arrange our transfers to and from the airport and a day trip to the National Park and then to another town along the coast. All of the people he worked with were really very nice and made sure we were well taken care of, sourcing car seats for the smaller children from friends. We couldn't fault the service or the villa at all. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Croatia. 5 stars!

Owner was very nice and friendly. Our flight was early in the morning and early check in was no problem. Location is in a small village, surrounded by locals which was nice. Easy to reach and with good connections to Split and towards south via road. Stores and restaurants in the area are decent. Nearest beach is within walking distance and is okay but there are nicer beaches along the coast for sure. Heated pool was very nice. For small children floating devices were needed (depth is around 1,5 m). Overall the villa was great, clean and there were no major flaws, just some usual minor wear from use. Pretty much what you'd expect based on the photos, definitely could rent again.

We had a lovely week at villa Blanka- the villa was spacious and clean and suited our set up of two families v well (4 adults, 4teens) Bol is a fabulous resort with beautiful beaches, great restaurants and lively bars if wanted on the evenings (which our teens loved!) It was great to be able to walk everywhere from the villa (albeit a v steep 15-20min walk up a hill on the way back) As other reviews have said, Henry was the perfect host - he helped us with anything we needed as well as taking us and cases back and forth to the port. We had a great week and would thoroughly recommend both the villa and Bol - ideal for families with teens looking for that balance of beautiful scenery and beaches but some nightlife too

We have just returned from the most amazing family holiday and this villa was absolutely perfect. Within our group there were 4 families and the needs of each and everyone of us was exceeded. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom, there is a large dining room table which accommodated all of us if we decided to eat in, there is also a balcony with the most amazing views, breakfast was eaten here most mornings. The swimming pool is exactly what we wanted, we spent many afternoons playing games, having the best time. The villa is clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. One of the best things about the villa though is the owner, Henry, he is the most kindest, accommodating person you could ever meet, nothing is too much trouble and he's always around to help with anything you need, from booking excursions to transporting us around the island, my father-in-law had just had knee surgery Henry was more than happy to take him to places. Bol itself is beautiful, there is so much to do, very family orientated, one thing I would defiantly recommend is a speed boat around the islands, as we were a large group it was more cost effective to rent a private boat and skipper, the day was fantastic. There is also lots of wonderful restaurants and bars, on a Wednesday evening the fisherman have food stalls in the harbor and there is live music, definitely worth a visit. If I could give this review 6 stars I definitely would, the villa, owner and island were was everything we hoped for and more, I would highly recommend booking Villa Blanka.

Villa Iva offered enough room for our group of 9 (2 families). The house is really nice, with a great view out to the sea. The morning sun highlights island Ciovo across the bay, in the evening, Split is lit up by the setting sun. Shopping, beaches and restaurants are all within a short driving distance, the closest grocery store is just a 5min walk away. Even though Split airport is only 10 minutes away by car, the arriving and departing planes did not bother us at all. Iva and her brother were very friendly from the first contact through the booking process and during our stay. One thing to be aware of: the top floor apartment is significantly more modern than the one on the ground floor. One small "complaint": there are limited numbers of dishes and utensils; you either will do a lot of hand washing or run the dish washer half empty after every other meal to have enough plates, knives, ... for the next one. Overall, a great place we would easily book again, if we are in the area.

Our party comprised seven adults from two families staying for four nights. From first sending an enquiry via Trip Advisor to the final goodbye the owners - Hrvoje and Blanca were extremely helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, from advising on the cheapest way to pay the deposit and rent to the best restaurants, activities and prices. The villa is in a quiet residential area (15 minutes drive from Split Old Town) with a good supermarket and bakery a couple of minutes drive away. On arrival, Blanca met us at the supermarket and showed us the way for the last few hundred metres. The villa had recently been refurbished and was in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and modern, kitchen large and well equipped, living/ dining area spacious and well furnished. The pool and facilities were great. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and wished others we stayed in were of a similar standard and with such thoughtful owners.
