We stayed for a large family holiday.  Fantastic communication with Michelle, really looked after us and when we did have an issue was there straight away to solve it.  Not really a golfer so the resort didn't have huge appeal however if you travel you can visit some fantastic beaches and places of beauty.  Having said that the resort does have plentiful supply of bars, restaurants and a supermarket which are pretty much all set up to cater for the English, not such a good thing!  Overall I wouldn't stay in the same area again but that's not to say this isn't a fantastic Villa.

One small gripe, the owner tried to charge me an extra €70 per week for a cot so my daughter took a travel cot to save some money only to find a virtually new cot in the bedroom which apparently stays there all the time for use by the guests.  Bit underhand considering what we had just paid.

This was a great place to stay and would certainly return if in this area of Spain again Myself and 11 of my close family stayed for 1x week and we all had a super time the place was very spacious so we all had plenty of room, the bedrooms and beds where very comfortable and the the swimming pool was just excellent very clean and well maintained even during our visit. Michelle was there to meet us and was most pleasant and helpful as she showed us round the villa and how to work everything and she also told us about some very good eating places within walking distance in the area and a special mention to the Si Bar the food and staff where terrific and as it was my 70th birthday and wanted the Tuesday night to be special she recommended and also booked for us a restaurant called the Canela and it was truly excellent so thank you Michelle.The weather was great the beaches where great and we had a ball Also would recommend Clickstay as they where really very helpful and quick with answers to any queries we had so thanks to all we had a ball

We had a wonderful stay at La Princesa. The spacious and comfortable villa worked really well for our group of 4 couples and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all to eat together on the terrace and we all enjoyed the lovely pool. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, making self catering easy. 
Both the owner, Alex, and the property manager, Clive, were helpful and responded to emails and calls very quickly. The local bars, shops and tennis courts were a short walk away and there were more beaches just a 10 min drive away than we could possibly have visited in one week! 
The only reason that I have given 4 instead of 5 stars for the facilities is because the Xbox/DVD player wasn't working and we felt that the pool area would have benefited from more shade e.g. a couple of extra parasols. Other than this, I would definitely recommend La Princesa and would love to stay there again.

Fantastic holiday, beautiful villa, made great use out of the huge pool and full size snooker table in the games room, great communication from the property managers Clive and Christine who were very helpful on places to go and see. Can't wait to return.😃

Lovely spacious villa with everything you need. Amazing games room and the pool was just perfect size for our party of 11. Pool was cleaned every few days too and linen/towels changed weekly. In a quiet location with stunning views yet easy walking distance of great restaurants/bars/supermarket/tennis/mini golf etc so we were able to have a very relaxing holiday. Need a car to go to the beach - would recommend beaches at La Mar Menor a few minutes down the road as the beach on site is pretty but stoney. Finally Michelle who looks after the villa is very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The villa more than lived up to expectations. The sheer size of it was amazing and suited us perfectly as 2 families sharing. The bedrooms are each like mini suites in their own right! Such a luxury to have a bathroom each. The pool was perfect in size and depth. To be honest we were very lazy and didn't venture far from it. Why would you? The games room provided a lot of fun and was used a lot by all ages. Everything was there that you needed. Alex's communication was great as was Michelle's who helped us arrange transfers and was really helpful. Thank you



Beautiful Villa
We have just returned from a two week holiday  5 adults and 5 children and we had a fantastic time. The house was spotless when we arrived and Christine was very welcoming and helpful to us. The house is beautiful decorated and spacious and beds extremely comfortable. We spent most of our days by the pool and the children loved it. It was cleaned regularly too. 
The views of the mountains and golf course are fantastic. 
The bars/restaurants  and shops were a 5 minute walk away and the local town was a 10 min drive away.....although we stayed mainly in the club for dining.
The games room is a welcome break for the kids (and some adults😜) when the sun got too hot.
We will hopefully return in the future.

Fantastic Villa
We have just returned from a family holiday at Villa Princesa to celebrate my 50th birthday. The location of the villa couldnt have been better, just a 5 minute stroll to the La Manga complex with its vast array of facilities, bars and restaurants. 

However, if you wanted a more relaxing holiday you dont need to leave the villa, it has everything required within its own ground. The large swimming pool is excellent and the large covered terrace off the lounge & kitchen provides a lovely place to enjoy outside dining with a cooling breeze. The five bedrooms are exceptionally large, four having ensuite facilities which, for our party of eleven, made things much easier. One huge bonus was the downstairs games room which is equiped with a full size snooker table, table tennis table, bar football and X Box facilities.

We would definitely recommend this villa for families or groups of friends who want a relaxing holiday with the option of using the La Manga Club facilities on hand close by.

We found the villa excellent for our family of teenagers with wifi etc The villa was spacious and well equipped and our host Alex couldnt have been more helpful. It is within walking distance of some nice restaurants which is also useful.
