We stayed at the villa for 8 days from August 2nd to August 11th. We were a party of 10 adults and 6 small children. The size of the villa and various areas inside and out suited us very well. The swimming pool is excellent and the safe beach is very close. We also appreciated the welcome pack. Overall we had a great time ar the villa Some small points that would improve the villa are: - whilst the villa had been cleaned and the bed linen was all fresh there were certain areas which could have been cleaner i.e. the kitchen cupboards, the dishwasher which we had to unclog before it could be used (we rarely used this as the runners on the bottom tray were broken), the utility room was very grubby. - some items of clothing and food had been left in the bedroom cupboards - as per previous reviews there were a lot of cats around which is due to food and water being left out for them - whilst this is well meaning it will put some people off - we had to buy portable fans as the weather was very hot towards the end of the week - I appreciate this is to be expected in Spain in August but it may be an idea to consider ceiling fans at some stage. - whilst the pool was great there was quite a lot of old broken furniture and other items around the pool The above comments are meant to be constructibve as we did realyy enjoy the villa!

Im just home after spending a week with 15 members of my family. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and thought the villa very spacious and catered for everything we could have wanted. Donna was fantastic at being there promptly and providing us with a great welcome pack. Dave the owner was very friendly and helpful being able to answer my many questions and concerns :) My only concern was that unfortunately the pool couldnt be used on arrival due to needing to wait for it to be cleaned the following day and that the floors hadnt been cleaned as there was a lot of sand in bedrooms etc. All this being said, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this villa to others or hopefully return again ourselves with the entire family. Just arrived home from this villa yesterday and I have to say, as a rather large group of 16 ladies we were impressed at how spacious the house is, meaning that we werent all cramped together. The grounds are spacious and the pool is clean. The only criticisms we have is the amount of cats running around and wandering into the house and the floors werent very clean. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed out little break here and the welcome pack and punctuality of Donna were very much appreciated. I and the other 15 ladies with me would not hesitate to book or recommend this Villa again!!

5/5 We want to go back already! We had a lovely stay at the villa! It was in a brilliant location - really close to the beach and It was perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby so we didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to. The villa was a lot bigger than we expected and David was great at answering our questions and Janet was lovely and informative on arrival! We’d recommend staying and the villa and look forward to returning!
