Very nice property, with lots of furniture, and even a 43-inches plasma screen :-)
The biggest pros are the two great terraces, with looks to the sea and tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, etc.. and the beach, which is just across the street.
We were going there to do some dives with Rivemar, and its close enough to go walking, so that was another good point.

The only drawbacks are that one of the rooms does not have A/C (only the bigger room and the living room/kitchen have), there is no swimming pool (but you have the beach just accross the street!) and that sometimes it can be a bit noisy (on saturday night there was live music on the nearby beach bar, which, for us, really was a pro :-D)
