Great villa, amazing location, private access to the beach. Everything went smooth with check-in and check-out. Can highly recommend this house - good for families.

Just perfect!

We had a lovely time...the house is excellent and very spacious...we were a full house with lots of kids and they didn't get bored even for a second. the beach is great but not for swimming as its quite rocky...but excellent for a relaxing visit and playing for kids. the area is isolated...which is exactly what we wanted and was super quiet...only thing you hear is the waves from the beach. only issue we had was we had quite number of worms inside the house...but this is a general problem of the Paphos area, and the wifi wants working. we would definitely visit again.

Just returned from a week at this fantastic villa . It was a joy to stay there . The main living space is bright and airy and the glass sliding doors can be moved back so you feel like you are outside. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the modern stuff you would expect . Built in double fridge freezer,dishwasher and oven . The living area looked out the bay and the sunsets from here were fab. All the bedrooms were spacious and had ensuite bath rooms attached . Great when you have children who want their own space . Down stairs was a games area complete with a pool table and a large flat screen TV. We didn't use it a lot as the weather was very good for our week there. Lots of space outside and loved having breakfast on the tables over looking the sea . So a great villa and would happily return.

We had a wonderful time in the Wave Villa. The villa suited us perfectly, as a couple with two girls. The villa is beautifully designed, with all that you need. Whilst the location for some might be a bit remote, for us it was perfect for some days of complete relaxation. We visitied Cyprus at the end of October, beginning of November and we were still able to swim in the sea, although access into the water is a little bit difficult at the private beach down from the villa. Communication with the owner was very easy, responsive and very accommodating. We would definately come back to Cyprus, if only to stay at the villa.

Absolutely beautiful place & peaceful, away from everything. The villa was well equipped, we didn't want for anything. Nearest beach a drive away so a car essential. Loved the locals, so friendly & helpful. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, kept in touch throughout. Highly recommend this place for a quiet, restful getaway & hope to return.

Fantastic place, the view is breathtaking and the house is amazing! I recommend it for families, large groups of friends etc!
